went to concert at gilette stadium--on the way out we asked and the front desk to hold our laptop--we were told thay would ... put it in our room when we arrived late that evening it was not in our room. We were up early and checked with them again they said housekeeping may have put it in the wrong room--they were having trouble finding it and we had to leave for home we had other commitments so we finally left and they would mail it to us when found--it was almost like they didn't believe us it was -- at about 5pm we recieved a call that it was found in a vacant room? and they mailed it to us--they were nice about it and bought us breakfast but it really held us up and of course we hit traffic. I guess this was a very unusual situation and at least it was found and they could see we weren't lying my reading glasses were in the laptop case and they were not there when we received the laptop two days later. Otherwise we had a great stay and the hotel was nice.

one room's air conditioner was noisy once I got moved the second's room AC broke down in the middle of the night. Staff very ... friendly and helpful but rooms below par.

A quick overnighter. Restaurant was appealing; no need to go off campus. Food and service were terrific. Open and ... attractive layout including the rooms. Great choice at the end of a long day.

We were very pleased with everything. The hotel was easy to get to and close to where we were going to be. The room was very ... nice and quiet. I was unable to bring my laptop on this trip, so I was very pleased to find an area with 3 laptops with a printer provided in a simi private & quiet location. We've never been in a hotel that not only provided soap amd shampoo but Q tips as well. Very comfortable bed. We had to leave at 4:00 AM, no problem. Would love to stay there again.

It was overall great. We checked in around 12:30am with no problem, but our other party had to wait for us to get there ... becuase the room was under my name. The room was very clean and no noise could be heard from the room either. The only thing I was disapointed in was when we checked in I was never told I was going to be charged for each room for insdentals. I got the money back a few days later but it would have been nice to find that out upfront. But other than that, GREAT STAY!!

The hotel was in a location where there weren't many things to do in the area. My husband and I were traveling from Virginia ... to Boston to visit family and friends and we wanted to enjoy 1 night alone before we got back on the road. Upon entering the hotel room I was pleased with the decor. There were boating pictures above the bed and the curtains were also lovely. But when I opened the curtains to see the view from the 2nd floor, there was a view of a brick wall about 6 feet away. Of course I complained at the front desk and although the manager seemed frustrated with having to deal with my complaint, she did send me back to my room and assured me someone would come up and help me move my luggage to a better room. A housekeeper arrived 10 minutes later but she did not help us with our luggage. She handed me another set of room keys to a much better room on the 4th floor. The whole floor was better decorated than the 2nd floor and I did enjoy my stay. The shower head gave weak water and the hot water didn't last long. I had hoped to order breakfast in bed but the menu was too expensive and most things were ala carte and not enough of a variety of things to choose from. The ironing board that was provided for us in the room had a raggedy sheet for a covering with some type of folded foam underneath. It was quite embarrasing to use. I would come back to this hotel only if I could get an affordable price.

I had tried everywhere to get a room, as we were going to see the Jimmy Buffet Concert, and it was next to impossible. This ... hotel was great, firstly with the initial reservation, then with accomodating my request for an upgrade. They were so helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet was also great!
