The wife I enjoyed the hotel. The room was a standard room with a single King bed. The arrangement of the room was very ... nice such that you could watch the large 40+ inch LCD TV from the couch area or while relaxing in the bed. The shower was standard, but clean. The heater\AC worked well, and it was fairly quiet for being on the first floor (my choice). The continental breakfast was nice - especially for being included in the hotel price. There was plenty for everyone to eat, and there was plenty of seating for all the guests that arrived for breakfast. Even the outdoor pool was warm to the touch while the outside temperature was in the upper 40s to low 50s. The location was outstanding. It is close to the Perimeter Mall and surrounding options. Very safe feeling in and around the hotel. I don't think you can beat the hotel for the price. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We would definitely return to the same property.

ALL of your shopping needs are nearby. The large and extensive shopping experience is closeby as well as numerous restaurants on the same property. You have to eat at the Cheesecake Factory. Man, we love that restaurant. OH, and don't waste your money on the Georgia Aquarium. Good grief what a ripoff. I felt sorry for all the International tourists spending $27 per person for that.

Weekend Get-a-way
Roadwarrior Nov 16, 2009
My husband and I decided to take a trip to Atlanta. Its only a 2hr drive for us, but its one of our favorite weekend ... get-a-ways! We have stayed at many hotels and even payed lots of money only to get avearage room...but this trip was different...The hotel was great, esp for the price. The lobby was spotless and the staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and seperate living room area.. The nice 42inch flat screen made it feel like home. The location wasnt hard to find as long as you have your GPS..It wasnt far from dining or the mall and it wasnt far from the highway and about a 10 minute drive to downtown.. The only downfall was the bathrooms...They are extremely small and there wasnt a vent inside for the steam.

Make sure you have your 50cent for the toll, but Highway 400 is the quickest way to go..to get to downtown and other areas..

While the reservation was confirmed for late arrival, I arrived around 11:00 p.m. to be told that they did not have a room ... for me because of maintenance issue. Was sent to other hotel. Was travelling with colleague who had to share in the inconvenience as we were scheduled to travel together to our meeting.

From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like royalty. Extremely friendly and helpful! Our room couldn't have been ... better. The breakfast area was great with the best coffee we've had on the road! Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Atlanta. We were about 3 blocks from the Marta and our trips down to the city were nice and uneventful!

My son & I went to Atlanta for a concert. When I saw the hotel I couldn't believe it. It was beautiful on the outside. And ... when we got in our room my mouth dropped! It was even nicer than the pictures on the web site. I showed my pictures to a friend who is going to be there in Oct. After he saw them he canceled his other hotel reservation & made one for your hotel. Thank you for a good experience.

Shanny Jul 19, 2009
This hotel was spectacular and not what I expected after getting such a low room rate. I was concerned the the hotel would be ... in a shady part of Atlanta, but it was in a nice area of town that was within a five minute drive of restaurants including Brio Tuscan Grille, California Pizza Kitchen and many more-- not just near fast food places. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well-maintained. The pool was clean and nice as well. The drive to downtown Atlanta/the Georgia Aquarium wasn't bad at all. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

I would return to this hotel anytime I am in Atlanta, GA! The staff were courteous and polite, always willing to help. I was ... particularly impressed by the hotel's efforts to conserve waste and energy by giving guests the option to turnover towels every three days, rather than daily. The room itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Express check-in was made available by a kiosk, which I found very convenient.

The hotel was in a quiet area very close to shopping and dining. The staff was very friendly. They provided a list of local ... restaurants, printed directions to local areas we wanted to see,and provided a shuttle to places if we didn't want to drive. Everything was very convenient, and the room was beautiful.

Room is very nicely furnished with 42" TV, well separated areas for bed and sofa. Nice panel to connect your own video or ... music player. Breakfast is average in value. Price is a bit high given slow moving economical situations. I believe agent and hotel should reduce the price for visitors.

The hotel was awesome! We didn't arrive until 4am and even at that time the staff was super friendly! Out room was huge! ... Extremely nice! The locatin was perfect for us. It was close to a lot of good eats and shopping. Our trip was to go to Turner Field and it was about 15 minutes there, so not a terrible distance. And it was about 25 to Six Flags...so location was very convenient for us! But I must say this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed at!

The Good life @ a Peasant's Price
D-Pain Jun 16, 2009
We chose to stay at this hotel because the price was cheap, but we were hesitant because we were unaware of its surroundings. ... The phrase, "You get, what you pay for" was not applicable to this hotel. It was a great place to reside as my friend and I celebrated our 25th and 23rd Birthdays. The staff was great, and I am positive that I will be visiting the Hyatt more often. I usually stay at more prestigious hotels; however, the service that I received at this hotel was the best... by far, and I only paid a fraction that which I would have paid at other hotels.

My trip to the Georgia Aquarium
Teresa 210 May 26, 2009
We went to visit the Georgia Aquarium while in Atlanta. The hotel was only 15 minutes away. I was worried with a price of ... $55 a night that the location and the hotel would be questionable. It exceeded my expectations by 100%. The staff was professional & courteous, the rooms impeccable and the beds extremely comfortable. I have already posted a comment on Facebook to let all my friends know how great the hotel was. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. There were so many people and there was a lot of confusion about where to go and where to stand in line. They were just really busy that day, but it was still great!
