When traveling north take exit #104 (Pleasant Hill Road) and turn left. Stay in your immediate right hand lane and turn right at the first street that you come to (Venture Pkwy). We are the second hotel on the Right.

My brother and I came to atl to visit an old friend of ours. The rooms were spacious for the price. The two beds and a ... seperate sitting area with a couch that let out to a third bed was very handy. Also it was nice to have a 42" tv for the games.

[...] I like my bathrooms to be SUPER clean. The shower had an orange (probably Dial) soap scum ring on the edge of the tub ... where the shower curtain collects when you get out. Clearly no one had cleaned that part of the tub. -Grossed me out BAD. Everything else about the room was fine.

The staff was friendly and courtious. the room was very large and even hadd an extended wrap around couch in the living room ... portion of the room. it was an exceptional stay.

This hotel gets a lot of things right: Fantastic decor with a hip, contemporary vibe, spacious, well-appointed suites and the ... staff is fabulously friendly and over-the-top helpful. Their breakfast bar and 24-hour pantry are convenient and tasty. On the down side WiFi is weak, and to get assistance with it you have to call a third party. Also,the soft goods (couches, pillow, bedding) in the rooms show considerable wear and the property overall has an odd smell. Also, the walls are VERY thin. If rest is important to you, be sure to specifically request a room as far away from other guests as possible, or you'll be able to hear their phone conversations whether you want to or not. The right idea, a few flaws in execution.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Hotels in VA,MD and PA and was very disappointed with how the Hyatt Place Hotel in Duluth was ... kept. The Hotel was just really dirty. Carpets in the elevator were dirty needed to be shampooed, my shower was dirty, and the area where the ice was at had bugs crawling on the walls.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, they had free continental breakfast each day, the huge 47" LG Flat Screen TV was great, plus ... they have a panel under the TV that makes it easy to plug in your computer or ipod to watch it on the TV. The King Size bed was very comfortable, I just wish the closet was a little bigger, and that they had more drawer space and a safe in the room. The cleaning staff is very trustworthy and honest, we left our computer and ipod out on multiple days and nothing was touched. I'll stay there again!

Very nicely decorated, clean, friendly staff, good location, nice big 42in tv with inputs. Although housekeeping tried to ... open our door despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign. Didn't care for the graffiti scratched into the elevator metal walls, but other than that, perfect!

My husband was on a business trip and I was tagging along. Very friendly staff, made us feel welcome right away. Have never ... stayed at a Hyatt before. The rooms were very clean and spacious. local mall just around the corner about 1/2 mile with pleanty of other shops around.

My friend Nate and myself attended the Great White concert at Wild Bills in Gwinnett.I tried to book a reservation at the ... Marriott Courtyard,but they were at capacity.Truth betold I am glad they were full or else I may not have discovered this fantastic spot. The moment I stepped in the lobby,I knew this place was a step above the rest.It had a very modern decor and an unconventional layout I found quite impressive.The clerk at check in was very friendly and informed me of every amenity available.So,we went up to our room and the moment we hit the lights were blown away by the size and luxuriousness.It contained a seperate sitting area replete with a large couch and wetbar.Then there was that big flatscreen stationed in the center so you can view it from the bedroom too.Anyways, we went to the show and had a great time.The following morning I went down and indulged in the complimentary breakfast.Oh,and did I forget to mention they have a 24hour Starbucks' in the lobby.For the money there isn't another chain that comes close and I recommend them highly and suggest you check them out for yourself.They are now firmly planted at the top of my list.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited

We visited the area to see a concert at the arena. The hotel was only minutes away and very easy to find. The staff was very ... friendly and was available for any questions. The room was remarkable. It was very clean, the bed was so soft, you really felt like you were at home. The breakfast was very nice. I actually visited with a friend, so we wanted to feel safe, with no husbands around. Yhe parking lot was well lighted and staff was always around. I have no complaints and will stay there again when I come back to the area. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Columbia area.

Good except for car broken into

This hotel was great until we woke up the next morning and one of our cars had been broken into. THe cops actually showed up ... and sayed that this was a bad problem in the area and had received almost DAILY calls about smash and grabs. There were no cameras in the parking lot to even check. The hotel was great but not worth getting your car window broken and things stolen.
