I had a very late check-in (after midnight). The hotel was accomodating and held my room. The breakfast was OK, but ... overpriced. My trip was for business purposes, so I didn't do any local sightseeing, etc so I can't comment on its usefulness as a vacation stay.

We were impressed on how helpful the staff was. We were visiting family in BillaRica. The staff working in the restaurant ... were very helpful. The one complaint was that the hotel is difficult to find if you are not familiar with the Concord Rd. area. There should be more signs on Concord Rd alerting the traveler where to turn.

I liked the hotel and the services of CheapTickets. The only thing I did not like is when I asked my breakfast voucher (which ... I paid for through CheapTickets), the receptionist doubted that I had it. I have to insist and show my print out to her.

I like that the hotel served compimetary coffee in the morning, at the front desk and the floor we were on, they gave my son ... a free cup of milk too. They were very helpful in suppling menus for all the delivery restaurants in town. My room was very clean and loved that they had number beds in the room.
