It was an overnight stay but still the same after checking in, had a selection of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was ... first class, room first class with giant TV! Had to check out early, wished breakfast bar opened a little earlier! Only drawback!

2 night stay for a business trip. My room was on the sixth floor at the end of the hall away from the elevator. I did not ... find the walls to be thin and could not here any noise from the room next to me. The check in and check out process were smooth and easy. The king bed room was well sized and clean. The bathroom was very tight only because the sink and vanity were in a separate area away from the shower and toilet. The pictures on their website are exactly how the room is laid out. Free wireless internet was a definite plus but speeds were a little slow around the room you had to stay in just the right spot to have decent connection. Free continental breakfast was in a clean area and the staff replenished the food in a timely manner. The hotel is in close proximity to the highway and restaurants and shops.

Cracker Barrell and fine dining within walking distance. Many other casual and fine dining within a couple of blocks. We like to eat lunch/dinner at the Macarroni Grill just down the street.

As soon as my fiance and I walked into the Hyatt we were amazed at how clean, beautiful, and friendly the atmosphere was. The ... lady at the front desk was kind and informed us of all the complimentary things offered on our stay. Our room was spotless and beautiful; we have never stayed in a nicer hotel! The 42 inch plasma tv was definitely the best part! Perfect for watching college football! Also, the kind size bed was so comfortable! We will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only thing we had issue with was bathroom was extremely small and the breakfast area ... was too congested to the point it took a long wait just to get a cup of coffee in the AM. The room itself was very nice and we did not have any real issues. Check in and Check out was flawless and very efficient.

It was my second time in Hyatt place (different location). The hotels maintained a good standard. The staff was nice and ... friendly. I will absolutely stay in Hyatt place again for next trip in Atlanta. The location was good for me. It took around 20 mins to downtown atlanta and 25 mins to premium outlet.

Accused of Lying and Peeing My Bed

The first few days I received no housekeeping service whatsoever. My bed was never made, the trash never taken, and towels ... never replaced (yes, they were on the floor). During these few days I repeatedly asked employees in the lobby to address the issue. Finally, the hotel manager told me that housekeeping claims to have serviced my room by changing the sheets because I had pee'd in them. Then she insisted I had my DO NOT DISTURB tag on the outside of my door, therefore the housekeeper was not allowed in my room. Notice a conflicting contradiction in those two accusations? Yeah, me too. Throughout the entire conversation the manager was very unprofessional and accusing. At the end of it, she said she'd personally ensure my room be serviced each day (but did not apologize for anything) and asked if I wanted anything - as if I was making up stories in order to get a hand out. Honestly, I expected better from a Hyatt. The only good thing was that the room was spacious and included a 36" flat screen with various media ports including VGA. To note, my room was serviced each day afterward my conversation with the manager.

The Hyat Place was a very classy contemporary hotel suite. Everything seemed new. The suite room was great - it had a flat ... screen TV on the wall for viewing from a wonderful sectional sofa, desk, frig, and sink. The only complaint we had about the room was there was a crack in the wall of the shower that was patched (poorly). Everthing else was like new. Staff was friendly, helpful and effecient. The free continental breakfast was fine and you could order more substantial fare for a reasonable charge. Food was actually available for purchase 24/7. The location is across the streeet from several restaurants and shops and convient to the highway. We would diffently stay again if back in the area.

Great for business and family

The room was much larger than expected with a separate work a sofa area. Condition of everything was top notch. Bathroom ... was separate from the vanity area with a long counter. Wifi was excellent. Plus the hotel business center was easy to use. Breakfast was very good for a continental layout. Easy access to beverages and sandwichs all day long. Very beautiful landscape and area to get out and take a walk and feel safe. Local neighborhood is upscale with many shopping and restaurant points. Easy access to Rt 400 exit 11. We've been here twice in the last six months and have already booked another stay for the Fall. You don't find this much quality for the price very often. Staff was very attentive to our questions and needs.
