A True Water Closet

Friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. The room had a nice sitting area. It also came equipped with a large ... flat-screen TV, which didn't work. The bathroom was so small you have to straddle the toilet to close the door from the inside. The $116 price tag for this room was TOO high! I was very disappointed. I expected more from a Hyatt.

The shuttle service the hotel offered was never available. Had to take a taxi to and from airport to hotel. Also, room was ... not clean upon arrival and maid did not furnish us with replacement towels when she did clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have been nice to have a shuttle to Grand Ole Opry which is not as close as advertising states, however, shuttle again was never available. Food offered for price was very delicious and fairly quick. I would never stay here again due to these issues.

Easy to find and super clean rooms. Just a few minutes from Opryland and being a non-smoking hotel made the Hyatt our best ... night stay of the trip. I'll be staying there again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located for the Opryland Convention Center. Moderately priced with very easy access to several ... restaurants. Shuttle service from and to the airport was punctual. The hotel also provides good shuttle service to the Opryland Convention Center. Suites are well laid out and good sized. Housekeeping is very good. For budget conscious business travel as required in these financial times, Hyatt Place fills the bill!

The Hotel was a nice place, the staff was friendly and the rooms were incredible. When we went down for the continental ... breakfast it was hard finding clean dishes to put the food on. There were no vending machines and the food they sold was outrageously overpriced even for a Hotel near a tourist attraction.

grand ole opry trip

all staff members except one very friendly and helpful.went to check out he didn't greet me and talked with another who came ... up behind me. i think was another employee.he should always take care of customers first. very hard to get into bathroom because door was not located right. all in all stay was most enjoyable.

This was a great place to stay while we visited the Grand Ole Opry and the General Jackson Riverboat. The hotel provided ... shuttle service to the Gaylord which was good since we would have had to pay a parking fee if we had driven ourselves.
