Casino is nice, especially if you like to smoke. There are plenty of resturants and bars, and a food court. Staff was ... friendly. This is close to the North Las Vegas airport if you are flying in and out of there.

[...] the Hotel amentity fee says you get a paper everyday. Well you wont get one if you stay on Sunday. If you want to ... extend your stay, the hotel will not honor the quote by the front desk person and keep the rate until you travel down the elevator to the front desk since they require you to prepay for the room. They wanted double by the time i made it from the 5th floor to the lobby. Dennys is the only place to eat after 10 pm

fiesta
mjcliff Oct 12, 2009
I am a price shopper, I drove from denver and booked rooms at the cheapest places I could stay. Upon arrival at the Fiesta I ... saw a large sign at check in stating that there was a $100.00 deposit due at check in. [...] I was doing this trip on the cheap and only had enough money on my debit card for room and gas. So because I had already paid for the room upfront I was left with 2 choices. Pay the dep and hope the money was back on my card in enough time to get home or lose the $65.00 I already put out for the room. [...]

Very Clean Rooms
Ex-Vegas Resident Oct 12, 2009
I just needed a place to stay that was inexpensive. The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were probably the cleanest ... rooms I have ever stayed in. My maid and I spoke each morning, and she was super nice. The accomodations are basic so don't be expecting a luxuary room on the Strip experience, but if you are looking for comfortable look no further. It was clean, quiet and affordable. I would recommend this to any type of traveller.

Far from the strip
Paint Guy Aug 1, 2009
The hotel is pretty far from the strip and most activities in Las Vegas. I came to vegas for business but still wanted to ... enjoy the sites. I didn't feel like I was getting the normal Vegas experience where I was located. There was a variety of fast food restaurants located inside. The buffet was rather disappointing though. The hotel was affordable but not one of the better Station Casino hotels.

Vegas Vacation

The hotel wasn't bad. It was close to old friends, definitely not somewhere you want to stay if you plan on going to the ... strip a lot. The up keep of the hotel was very low, the rooms were so out dated paint was peeling from the walls, the toilet moves, and the shower head was falling off.

As the hotel was not fully booked, I thought it was rude of the hotel staff to make us move to a different room. They said it ... was due to plumbing problems in the next room, but we had no plumbing problems - just those caused by being our sleep being disrupted and having to repack and unpack 2 times instead of just once.

Staying at Fiesta was a nice surprise
Ilovericky Apr 26, 2009
I was able to check in at 10 am. No problem. The room was very nice. The bathroom was very clean. The air conditioner ... worked well. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. :) The only thing that was wrong with my stay was the ice machine wasn't working. Eat at the Dennys in this casino. Great food especially when you get the 2 for 1 book with your stay. The Fiesta employees were helpful and that added to the enjoyment I had staying here.

Friendly Staff, Uncomfortable Room
Wanda Dec 20, 2008
We stayed at the Fiesta Rancho Station Casino in Las Vegas during their coldest, snowiest nights. We nearly froze all the ... first night due to the furnace not staying on. We notified housekeeping the next day and heard nothing from them; the next night was extremely cold, also. When we checked out, we told them about the furnace and were told that they had checked our furnace and it worked fine, but we should have been told at check-in that it required our room key to activate the furnace. Nobody told us that, even after our complaints, until we checked out. Also, the hotel added an extra mandatory charge onto our room, which we weren't told about until we checked in, which they said was added to every room, to cover use of the internet, local newspaper, and something else, none of which we wanted nor used. We felt this was unfair. (However, due to our furnace experience, they did waive that mandatory charge.) Also, the towels & wash cloths were very small and thin, and there was only one of each for each of us. The staff were very friendly and nice, however, every time we spoke with them.

There were several restaurants (and even a McDonald's!) right inside the casino. Of course, for gamblers, there were plenty of slots and tables. We chose this hotel because it was near the neighborhood of several relatives.

Old , Dirty and Smokey
Elena Dec 7, 2008
The minute I walked into this Hotel is smelled of cigarette smoke and mold . The Hotel registraion was way in the back . To ... get there you have to pass a bar which several thugs (gangsters) were drinking and smoking . Everyother person there seemed to be missing thier front teeth . After check in our room was on the 5th floor . The elevator doors stuck and the elevator felt like it was going to break down it shook so much . We asked for a room on the 1st floor . The room was so old & filty our shoes stuck to the carpet . The wall air conditioner had all of the connector wires exposed and on the floor . Needless to say I did not stay there . I checked out of that old dive . I'd rather sleep in my car then to stay at this hotel .

Decent place to stay
Pallavi Oct 13, 2008
The hotel room was quite neat. The staff were all courteous. I liked the fact that the restroom looked very clean. I'm picky ... about that! Good location and plenty of food options. I'd have preferred more lights in the room, especially near the table/mirror. The woolen blanket looked a little gray and (to me) not quite clean.
