Santa Fe Station is located on more than 38 acres in northwest Las Vegas, minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Canyon and Mt. Charleston. Santa Fe Station's rugged stone exterior stands in harmony with the natural beauty of the surrounding mountains. Reminiscent of a Spanish villa, the hotel and casino features a burgundy, brown and gold interior with wrought iron accents and marble flooring.
Santa Fe Station has over 450,000 square feet of gaming, entertainment and hotel space, including 200 hotel rooms, 14,000 square feet of banquet /meeting space, a state of the art race & sports book and all of your favorite slots and table games. Enjoy dining in one of our many fine restaurants or, if you're in a hurry, grab a bite in the Turf Grill or our six-outlet fast food court. This Southwestern-style Las Vegas hotel is four miles from Red Rocks Canyon and 10 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. On-site recreational amenities for both kids and adults include a 60-lane bowling center, arcade/game room, theater, full service casino, and a multitude of dining options. The hotel offers Kids Quest, a supervised childcare facility.
The hotel's race and sports book offers several betting stations and large-screen plasma TVs. Amenities include outdoor swimming pool, spa tub, complimentary newspapers in lobby, bar/lounge, restaurant(s) in hotel, parking (free), self parking, exhibit space, meeting rooms, fax machine, audio-visual equipment, photocopy machines, number of rooms: 200, safe-deposit box-front desk, 24-hour front desk, porter/bellhop, multilingual staff, gift shops or newsstand, laundry facilities, arcade/game room, casino, elevator/lift, supervised child care/activities, parking garage.
Hotel will charge a hotel services / resort fee at the front desk of $9.95 plus tax per night. Fee covers exclusive use of Hotel facilities, In-Room Laptop Internet, Free & Unlimited Local/800 Calls, Las Vegas Review Journal (Monday-Saturday), Fitness Facility Access, Copy/Fax Services, Gift Shop Discount, and special coupons and promotions. This fee will increase to $12.99 plus tax per night on April 17. Because it's now included in the services fee, there will no longer be an additional fee for internet access in the rooms.
A $100 security deposit is required upon check-in.

Be aware carpets are dirty. Tried 2 rooms and in both white socks will be black in a few minutes so one has to keep shoes on. ... Knowing this and you would be fine. Defintely try TIDES restaurant, the pan roast and banana pie dessert.

The only bad part is They hit you with an additional fee of $ 14.00 for use of the amenities,and gift shop. Give me a break, ... They slip it under your door during the night. When you book the room nothing is said. So what you are paying for the room is really not the total price.

$15.00 Charge for Security Deposit

I booked this room using my credit card through Orbitz.com for my Son and Daughter-n-Law (I am in Iraq) and they made him ... purt down a $100.00 security deposit (he does not have a credit card) and charged him $15.00 for this Service. I will never do business with any of the Station Casinos again. This is more then 33% of the cost of the room. This is Shameful!

The service was first class, they offered several amenities for visitors. You really didn't need to go anywhere. The ... selection of cable shows was VERY limited but the hotel probably prefers you spend more time in the casino.

Very nice stay...spacious room. Close to family, shopping, restaurants and easy freeway access. 2 for 1 coupons for the ... buffet and restaurants in the daily newspaper left @ your room. Food Court and state-of-the-art movie theater, as well as bowling. Next time we need to see if handicap accessible rooms are available.

our stay was very pleasant. the room was clean and well supplied (shampoo, soap, etc.). the location was perfect for us ... because we were within 5 minutes of the wedding rehearsal dinner, the wedding and the wedding reception that we were attending. the restuarants located inside the hotel/casino complex were very good (great food for the price) the hotel staff was very friendly.

A Bit Distant But Worth It

Santa Fe Station is quite a ways North but the hotel is in excellent shape. The check-in desk is right next to valet parking ... which is just around a corner from the guest elevators. My room was a long way down an endless hallway but that was just the luck of the draw. The room was immaculate!

The room was quiet and clean, the bed comfortable. It's a good value if you are interested in staying in northern Las Vegas. ... My only complaint: No coffee service in the room and none available to go in the early morning.

I really liked the location. The staff was very nice and our room was pretty clean with the exception of the toilet. The ... pool is not easily accessible but very clean and nice. I would most definitely stay here again for the price.
