During my Niagara trip

The hotel was at a convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. The room was OK. The carpet was not ... clean and so was the bed sheets. The bathroom was fine. The furnitures were adequate but needs some paint. Overall, good value for the price we paid.

There are planty of Motels around this one including a Haward Johnson Motel which is at a walkable distance. This never showed up when I searched online.

Good "Cheap" Hotel

This was an excellent value for a less expensive hotel. With a microwave AND refrigerator in every room, and a short drive ... to the Falls, it can't be beat. If you need to be pampered and have a perfect room, stay somewhere else--this is not a fancy hotel. But, if you are looking for value and a less expensive price for your bed, and don't mind an older, not perfect, hotel, this is the place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

You can park all day for free, and the Niagara Falls trolley comes nearby to the Aquarium parking lot if you want to ride further into Niagara Falls Park. Very easy, and no parking fee!

the WORST inn I've ever had in my life

WORST INN EVER: spiders net, spiders, rust, coffee stains on bed, 2 double bed putting together as a "KING" bed, damaged ... furniture, smelly room and carpet, we used candles and sprays, horrible staff, extremely rude, NOTHING WAS RIGHT... To be honest with you, if somebody pays me $500 to stay one night, I will not stay there again! NEVER EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE AND MY WIFE'S LIFE! Trust us, if you go there, you'll regret.

Old rooms but clean

We checked in late at night, ready to sleep, room was darkly lit; so we cant really say it is clean or not. Room was small, ... and so also the wash basin. Room is overpriced for what it is providing. We could have gone elsewhere but then we didnt see any good reviews for the other hotels in the neighbourhood. We stayed at four hotels in our trip at various locations in the same or cheaper price range, and this was the least convenient of them all.

The room was not clean. No face cloths were available. The staff was polite and friendly however if it had been possible we ... would have canceled and gone somewhere else. In the future any place with "Budget" or "Economy" or variation of will not be considered.

I was in town to see Niagara Falls on a weekend during the peak summer season. The Budget Host Inn was conviently located, ... clean, quiet, and had large rooms. The decor was not quite as modern and the room didn't have some of the extra's (hair dryer, iron, ironing board & coffee maker) but the price was about half what the other motels were asking that weekend. The microwave and refrigerator/freezer were greatly appreciated. The large TV had cable with about 50 channels and excellent reception. Coffee was available in the office 24/7. A light breakfast was also available but I did not eat there. The rooms were all on the first level with ample parking space outside each door. The Budget Host Inn is about 4 miles from the Niagara Falls Parks. The office provided excellent maps and brochures of the area.

The floor was very dirty. The shower curtain was dirty. The continental breakfast milk and juice was kept in the ice machine ... ice. The owners are trying hard to do their best, but it is not a good place for those who sign for it on Orbitz and cannot get a full refund if they don't like it. Most people will be disappointed if they believe the amenities are all true. The shuttle bus is the public bus and it is only free on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is no free newspaper. The pool was not in operation now in June. The worst part is that it is not clean. It should not be listed on Orbitz if because it is showing a 4 out of 5 rating when this is not right, or at least the rating can be lowered. I don't want to hurt the owners business, but this is not a place for those used to clean motels. The neighborhood is safe, but this is a motel for the common people.

The Hotels Location is Exellent, it is near to all the major attraction, the hotel has a Exellent mexican Restaurant, the ... staff ware nice and friendly, helped us out what are important things to do in Niagara Falls. The rooms were also nice and comfortable. It was a Expellent stay and we will visit their again.

The Budget Host Inn Niagara Falls, NY was barely passable as accommodations. The room itself was in desperate need of an ... update. The bathroom fixtures were cracked or crumbling, shelves were barely attached to walls, and wallpaper was pealing. The beds were lacking any king of blanket besides the comforter, the dressers and end tables had peeling veneer, showing their age. There was also no alarm clock present. The main problem was the almost unbearable smell of disinfectant in the room. It was overwhelming, even after opening windows in the room (not wanting to leave them open overnight since it was ground floor rooms only). The walls were incredibly thin and the Internet WiFi was exceptionally weak as well. On the plus side, the shower had good pressure and was hot, and checkout was easy. Do yourself a favor and stay on the Canadian side. The entire area this hotel is in is borderline slum.

Budget Host Inn at Niagara Falls, NY. the location of the property was great,it was nearby many good restaurant, falls, ... casino and malls. the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a nice experience, and will recommend to the others.
