Easy check-in. Since you can see the airport runways from the hotel I was concerned about noise. The room was very quiet ... and clean. The hotel bar restaurant had good food and good staff.

Staff was great. I inquired about a service not offered anymore by the hotel, and they exceeded reasonable expectations, and ... provided it. I'd recommend for anybody whose trip revolves close to the location, or for somebody familiar with the area. Hotel amenities were good, and the shuttle was helpful.

We were able to get into our room about 1pm and chill before we took off to the city. Very comfortable beds and all amenities ... were very nice. After my daughter went to the airport at 5am I stayed all day enjoying those amenities. Very comfortable. Staff very helpful too.

There's an outlet mall not too far away and the highway is nearby so it's easy to get to New York City.

We walked into the restaurant and were seated right away. The rest was terrible service. Our waitress would rather sit and ... talk rather than serve us. We had to get our own refills and bus our own table. Will not go back. You could hear everything through your door.

I realize that when you renovate a hotel you have to do it while it's being used HOWEVER, the workers started working at 7:00 ... in the morning. Jackhammers, drills, I don't know what they were using but you couldn't sleep through it. Maybe when the renovations are done I'd recommend the hotel but not now. My thoughts are this: if you are doing this while guests are staying there then do something nice for them such as, free parking. We got nothing but noise early in the morning.
