NEVER STAY AGAIN
Stephanie Oct 18, 2009
The staff only concern was about the various events and conferences that were being held in the hotel. As a customer I ... didn't feel like I was priority. There was a table in the hallway that had dirty dishes and old food on it for two days. In addition I asked for a microwave the first day I came and never received one. I also asked for toothpaste and received a small sample pack of toothpaste that was to be shared with three people. Furthermore,I asked the staff how to get to DC. They instructed me to go one way which was not 20 minutes like the website promote. I was much longer even when there was not much traffic. Also that way I had to pay a toll. Unlike the way I found by default it was about 25 minutes and no toll. The restaurant inthe hotel was very expensive. The best thing was the fact that it was very close to a mall, shopping centers with many shops, restaurants, and other stores. In conclusion I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

good location and a decent price!
Kevin Oct 14, 2009
This was a weekend get away for me and my wife. The rooms are large enough for comfort, and due to the design of the hotel, ... the layout of the rooms are nice. During events it is hard to find parking. If the event happens to book rooms, it may be very noisy due to the closeness of rooms. The facilities are very nice. The pool is large and is located on the lower level. Although not used, the health center looked nice and had ample equipment. The bar and restaurant are nice but pricey. All in all the experience was nice.

The Sheraton Dungeon at Tysons Corner
non stop Jul 27, 2009
My room was in the basement across from the chamber maids linen depot. I requested a room change but was told since i was ... only staying one night nothing would be none. (Note would be done not COULD be done) The staff made no effort to concel the fact that they did not care about my comfort. The room was clean but the base boards were all chipped and must not have been painted for many years. If you wanted to grab a quick burger for lunch in the dining area it set you back $17.00 for just the burger.

Can't beat the Price
JJ Jul 27, 2009
Great price for the location and quality of the hotel. Close to DC, with shuttles running frequently. The staff was ... accommodating to our very late check in (10:30pm). Close to a late night 7-11 if you are in need of travel items or a quick snack. We were very satisfied with our stay and again, the price just can't be beat for the DC area.

Our family had a memorial service to attend in Vienna, Va. Some of us came from NC and others from Ohio and NYC. The ... location was perfect and easy to get to from all those directions. The beds were lovely comfortable and the rooms spacious and very clean. We had six rooms among us and were only sorry that one of us did not receive the amazingly low rate for the quality; all six rooms were identical. Thank you, Orbitz, for making a sad time comfortable and affordable for our family members.

Not as remembered
Doc Holiday Apr 23, 2009
I had requested the tower due to a great previous experience. Unfortunately, this time we were next to an electrical room in ... which workers were present. We noted banging on the wall behind our bed. Fortunately, this occurred in the AM while were were dressing. The room was not as clean and the carpet was not as pristine as noted during our last stay. The pillows had a "heady odor" which was unpleasant to which to awake in the middle of the night. The room service was great, but expensive. The AC unit was not quite up to par as well.

Sianggany Oct 19, 2008
The best thing we found in our room was the bed, very comfortable, it help us to have good rest after traveling many hours. ... The room service was very helpfull, when we request a microwave, they came right away to our room with microwave. The only thing bothered us was the noises. I think the wall too thin. We can heard very loud noise vacuming and moving the furnitures, children screaming or the dogs barks constantly. We can hear all. But like I said before, the bed will help you to sleep right away...

I stayed at the Sheraton after walking 60 miles in the Breast Cancer 3Day walk in DC. What a pleasure to have a wonderfully ... clean and comfortable room. The bedding was great! I also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee! The room was large. I found the restaurant to be expensive and not worth it but I was directed to other local restaurants that were great.
