This is a beautiful hotel, well located to the Mall and museums. Very helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room, plenty of ... linens, elevators at the ready all the time.

Metro station access in hotel was convenient. Staff member gave us directions and help. The only negative comment was for happy hour wine tasting. The snacks were pickled vegetables--no cheese, wings, or tapas type food. For $12 each, we expected more.

The great experience about the Hotel is the professionalism friendlyness of the staff. The entrance is very beautiful. The ... location it is the best! However, the pool was not clean at all! We could see the dirty on the bottom and floating on the water. My son was very disappointed, because I did not let him in the pool. The room was not clean either, I was very disappointed.

The hotel and location are great. We would definitley go back and stay there. We had a view of the capitol from our room. ... About a 3 block walk to the white house. Having a metro stop at the hotel was very convenient. The only thing that I could complain about were the groups of kids staying at the hotel. They made it a little noisey. Overall it was a great!

stayed at the hotel on business. the room looked like it had been updated fairly recently, however the large stain on the ... middle of the carpet detracted from the overall appearance. when i turned on the lamp it made a buzzing sound the entire time which required the bulb to be replaced. when i put my ipod in the dock it would not work. i then went to the bathroom to wash up and he plumbing was cut off. when i called downstairs nobody seemed to know what was going on. they then found out that there was a problem and the water on my floor would be off for an hour. All these events occured with in an half hour of my check in. you would think they would have put me in another room in anticipation of the plumbing matter or offered to exchange my room. when i had room service the food came up on a table with a dirty table cloth. there are plenty of hotel options and would not stay at this hotel again.

Besides the fact the hotel was just gorgeous both in the lobby and in the rooms, it was very convienant with coffe shops, ... luncheons, restaurants, and a fabulous classy bar. Check in was a little slow. Two people stopped their stations to walk over to observe another person's problem with customers ... waiting in line. Great music in the Cure bar and restaurant. Nice wine list with glass and a half option for buying. TV remote overused and thus some of the buttoms did not work. Nice bath toiletries including a small tube of toothpaste. Our check-in was quick and easy. I loved the location of this hotel. The Metro subway was downstairs which proved to be a ... great thing on this rainy weekend. When the weather cleared it was within easy walking distance to lots of area attractions. We enjoyed an afternoon treat at Cure where our bartender educated us on various drinks. The room was beautiful and our view of the atrium was breathtaking. Definitely would recommend this hotel for others!
