The location was right off 80 and very easy to get to with great access to stores like Wal-Mart and restaurants within ... walking distance. I was very disappointed with the service - our room had three lights out and after complaining to the front desk and having them tell us they would fix it, there was nothing done about it. The next morning when I checked out they said they would have done something to my price except that I had already paid in full so therefore they couldn't do anything for me. Other than that, the walls weren't too soundproof, the pool was over crowded all day of children and it was nothing special.

Our room was very nice and spacious. We did miss not having a refrigerator in our room. Our relatives in another part of ... the hotel had a refrigerator and a microwave in their room.

We had a nice friendly staff and always willing to help. The hotel location was excellent, we easily found where we needed to ... go from there and when we needed directions the staff were very knowledgable and helpful. I would stay here again.

Settle Inn Council Bluffs

The Settle Inn is located close to the I-80 exit as well as some restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean, spacious, and ... comfortable. My biggest disappointment was the lack of a fitness room. They have a free membership to a gym downtown, but the hotel clerk gave me sketchy directions and I got lost trying to find it!

We received good service at the Settle Inn of Council Bluffs, and our room was clean and comfortable. The continental ... breakfast offered lots of options. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and whirlpool. We would definitely stay here again!

The Settle in is located right off the interstate. There are many restaurants and stores around as well. It was great as far ... as location of the event that was came for. The continental breakfast was good! The front desk was helpful. However, we couldn't use our room keys to open the outside doors after hours, so I had to drag all my stuff through the lobby.I'd say my stay was average.
