We welcome one and all at Franconia Notch Motel. We are located just 0.5 miles South of Franconia Notch State Park on US Route 3 in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Our tree-studded property borders the Pemigewasset River, where picnic tables with grills are available for outdoor cooking and a picturesque stroll surrounded by the beautiful White Mountains. We are within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment with many natural and man-made attractions.
Our host is available to serve our guests coffee each morning and has any information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I was there for a one night stay. Weather was bad, so I didn't get to go outside and fully appreciate the grounds and the ... running river just outside my window. This is an older motel, which is lovingly restored and cared for. Not top notch, but fully functional for the purpose (a relaxing trip to the White Mountains).

Rustic no frills cabin was a good value

The cabin was just fine for a two day stay in the Franconia Notch area. There's a rushing stream right behind the motel that ... made for a good sleep. Don't expect luxury here, but the price was much less than any of the others that showed up in the area search. The location is ideal with restaurants just a five minute walk away and both the tram ride and Flume Gorge just minutes away. Mt. Washington is about 40 minutes away as well. All the staff were responsive and friendly. I'll definitely consider this place for a future visit.
