Not family friendly

first the bed was so uncomfortable and the made did as little in the room as she had to. the spa was in with the pool and if ... i want to relax in the spa i don't want to be splash with water from the pool. The lady that was suppose to help with the breakfast was very rude a couple people cut the air down she went right behind them and turn it right back up cause she was hot. God forbid you take care of your customers. then she was off talking to other employees instead of doing her job keeping thing field up a few times we just went out to eat in the morning cause it wasn't worth it to us. But that is one of the thing we look for we get a hotel so we don't have to rush out to get breakfast and this is one i would not recommend to any one sorry i think they suck.

Pigeon forge there is a restaurant call the old mill you must try it out it is great the price is not much different from all the rest around there you will be glad you went we went for dinner.
