This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. The Palm Springs area offers a vast array of dining, shopping, and entertainment experiences. And everything that makes Southern California a dazzling vacation wonderland - theme parks, beaches, film festivals, and big league sports are within a couple hours drive from your villa. It is the ultimate oasis, the capital of the desert, the jewel of Southern California. At the heart of the Palm Canyon Resort, a dramatic rock formation sends waterfalls cascading into a large 1.5 acre swimming pool and sun deck area. You will discover lush grottos, an in-cave whirlpool spa, and spectacular water slides for both adults and children. Other on-site amenities include a fitness center and sports court. There are upcoming improvements to our property about which guests should be aware. From January 3rd thru January 15thnew floor tile will be installed in our main lobby and front desk reception area. This work will also impact our concierge desk and public restrooms in this same vicinity. The majority of this work will be taking place in overnight hours so that noise and dust will not impose upon guests. Additionally, from January 20th thru February 12th we will be resealing our pool deck area. During this improvement period, we will always have at least one pool open and at least one hot tub open for guests to use. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Please bring your confirmation to the front desk. The front desk is available 24 hours for your convenience. You must be at least 21 years of age to check-in. We were placed in the wing that does not surround the pool area. This place is very runned down. Its a shame that the resort ... has not been maintained. I am one of the original owners and it truly has been sad seeing this once beautiful place go down hill.

:) This is my 2nd time here in just 2 weeks! I love the pool and the bar right next to it! Last time I went with the girls: ... mom and sister, this time I went with my fiance, and honestly had an equally great time! Come join the pool people even if you're there for just one night

Loved the pool, just stay away from the kids pool, they can get pretty rowdy! Rooms are a lil older but has all the amenities ... you need! And a whole kitchen! Loves it

This is a good hotel for the type of families that like hanging out all weekend in swimming pools and waterslides. Rooms ... were a bit small but they did the job. Underground parking was perfect to keep the car cool in the 100F heat. We tend to like bigger, quieter rooms so next time I'll try a different hotel. Great location near the Indian reservations.

Overall good experience. Our visit started off sorta stressful. Check in time is 4pm which I thought is late. When we got ... there they sent us to 3 different rooms because the first 2 rooms only had one full size bed and I booked the trip for 3 people. When we got the third room we actually ended up in a room facing the mountains which was nice. The pool was always crowded. Be at the pool early and beat the crowd. The water gets really dirty with so many people using the pool. I think even the non-clientels from the neighborhood were using the pool. Also, some infants/young toddlers were not wearing any swim diapers. It's like an E. Coli breakout waiting to happen. So that really sucked. Parking was great and the hotel was pretty quiet and the staff was costantly cleaning the pool area.

The Kids Had a Blast

The kids had a blast swimming and riding the water slides. Our room was clean and comfortable. The fitness center was small ... and unsupervised minors would walk in and out. Also it had a large window overlooking the basketball court which made it very uncomfortable to workout will people look in. I went to the nearest 24 hour fitness to workout after that experience. Spa services were available, but it was not a full spa. I went to the Spa Resort Casino for there wounderful spa. Overall we had a great time. Recreation and nightlife was just a few minutes away.

This hotel is close to many attractions in and around Palm Springs. The pool was awesome, even 2 waterslides for the kids ... (in all of us ; ) It was also nice to have a full kitchen and a balcony as well.
