Conveniently located near the Charlotte airport and local shopping such as the park place mall. Rooms felt old. Thy were ... quite spacious and well quipped suites, but they need to be remodeled soon if not already....for the price.

Great Stay

We were in Charlotte visiting Family over Thanksgiving. My brother and his family and me and mine stayed at this Summerfield ... Suites. Our room was clean, but a bit dated, could use a little sprucing up, but good value. I did not use the fitness room but my sister-in-law and neice did and said it was really nice. We had a one bedroom suite and slept in the bedroom and had the kids on the pull out in the living room. It was OK for 3 nights, but we might consider the two bedroom in the future. The kitchen area was much smaller than other Summerfield Suites I've been to, perhaps because I usually get a two bedroom, I don't know. The free wifi is very nice and was easy to connect. Over all a good experience - Excellent staff - VERY friendly.

Incredible value for the money! The hotel had a wine/beer and appetizer reception from 5-7 in the afternoon, and buffet-style ... breakfast in the morning...they only thing mssing was Belgian waffles. :-) very friendly & helpful staff, the little shop could have had some aspirin and Tums (they only had food--no vending machines but totally okay). Really nice room, beds were great.

We went to bring our guest from Charlotte Airport. The hotel room was not up-to-date. Toilets were not new and in good shape. ... Toilet roll was not available, we had to go to the reception to get it. Bath tub was in bad shape. Overall not good hotel for the high price we paid. Though the staff was friendly but hotel was not well maintained, we didn't like our stay over night there!

Super hotel & especially the staff made our stays there wonderful. Picked up my Dodge Viper from Underground Racing, which ... was 1.4 miles away. Hotel has a no smoking policy and everything in the hotel smells clean and fresh - cigarette smoke makes us sick. We didn't try some of the amenities like the swimming pool and exercise room, but they looked very clean.

The Hyatt was easy to find. The room had a seperate bedroom with a television. The kitchen area had everything you would ... need. Breakfast had different food every day. The hotel staff were very friendly. Thank you for the great service. I would recomend this hyatt to my family and friends.
