Great Hotel.......

This hotel was great!!!! The room was very clean along with the hotel. The breakfast with your choice of omelets was very ... good. The location is good and right around plenty of restaurants and shopping. I already know what hotel I will stay in ANY time I make a return trip to Atlanta.

I went on my first getaway in six years. I booked through Orbitz and paid through Orbitz, this was confirmed at check in and ... out. 2 days later I get a charge on my account from the hotel Sierra for my room! This overdrew my account so I called right away and was told it was our mistake we will refund right away. I still show no record of the refund in my account! I will never do this again!

Awesome Hotel for the Money

This hotel was a great deal for the cost. The rooms were spacious enough to fit 4 adults, 2 children and an infant. The ... included breakfast was more than your typical breakfast. It included the standard fare, but also had waffles and omelettes made to order. The printer in the business center was not working which made it difficult to print of the zoo and aquarium passes. There were plenty of restaurants and stores in the area for you dining and shopping pleasure, but even Walmart closed earlier than I was used to.

High speed internet access isn't

Internet access only worked for 2 of my 3 nights and when it worked it was extremely slow. On a whim I tested the speed ... against Speakeasy.net's Atlanta server and found it only had a 263Kbps download rate which is pretty pathetic (5 times faster than a dialup connection). This is adequate for email/web surfing but not nearly fast enough for watching movies.
