Best customer service of any hotel!

We stayed at the Renaissance, so we could enjoy the atmosphere of the volleyball tournament, and the Cardinals football ... game. We were not disappointed. Actually, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff at that hotel is the friendliest that I have ever been around. To point out a couple of examples: the valet service went above and beyond. We were parked in the lot across from the hotel. They went and retrieved our vehicle, after the game, and put it in the valet lot for us. The next morning after we checked out, they ran, yes literally ran to get our vehicle. You just don't see that type of hustle in any other hotel chain, anywhere! After the game, we decided to eat at the hotel bar in the lobby. The food was excellent, and they had game day menu at a great price. As luck would have it when we checked out, my girlfriend realized that she had left her purse in the dining area the night before. Yes, it was in the managers office locked up the next day. Once again an extremely helpful and pleasant staff. We are definitely staying at the Renaissance from now on.

Great hotel excellent location we were in town for a arizona cadinals game. Hotel is within walking distance to the stadium ... and right next to shopping center with plenty of places to eat.

Easy check in; interesting that the valet was cheaper than parking on own, and the front desk didn't really promote that. We ... went to an event at [...], so this location is perfect.Our original plan was to head back to the hotel bar after the show, but after one glass of wine prior to dinner, we headed out to Westgate to find fun. Lots of outdoor seating on patios that would be great to hang out in if it wasn't 110 degrees outside. One of the orangest hotels I've been to (I happen to like orange!), and it all seemed to work.

Great service, room was well designed and created a great relaxing atmostphere. Walking distance to Card stadium and next ... small mall with pleanty of good food. Unfortunately, room was noisy I could hear water running from other rooms. Over all great stay will recommend any time

Closest Hotel to the Stadium

We initially chose to stay at this hotel because it is an easy walk to the Stadium where the Arizona Cardinals play. Having ... never been in the area before I didn't know what to expect. We loved the location! It was close to everything, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, we could not have picked a more central location. The hotel itself was a dream! The bellman at the door were very prompt and courteous, the hotel staff was very knoweldgeable and were anxious to help in any way they could. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We loved this hotel and will definately stay here again.

The Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa, in Glendale, Arizona is a beautiful hotel. The waterfall in the lobby was impressive. ... The hotel staff extreamly helpful. I got in late and had called about 20 minutes prior to arriving. When I got in, they were expecting me so the check in process was fast, friendly and efficient. The room was very nice. The bed was the most comfortable I have had in quite some time. The upscale Westgate mall next door was close enough to walk to and gave me plenty of options of entertainment. With the Arizona Cardinal staduim accross the street, I would think about staying at this property if I go to another game. It was a great stay.

Very nice for bussiness or personal travel

Excellent gym, spa and pool areas in fact the gym is one of the nicest I've ever used . The rooms are oversized and very nice ... for both the bussiness traveler or family vacation. This Hotel is within short walking distance of Arizona Cardinal's stadium, Phoenix Coyotes, several restarauants and outdoor Mall. Cabelas and additional restaraunts are within 1/4 mile.
