Great Experience...Definitely Recommend

My boyfriend and I went with another couple for Halloween Horror Night @ Universal Studios. The theme park wasn't all that ... great, but the hotel was nice. The hotel seemed to be well-maintained and the staff was friendly. The only thing that I would change is the room not having a refrigerator and microwave. We went out to eat for all of our meals and it would've been nice to take back left overs! But, overall it was an enjoyable experience.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. It was a long walk to the ... conference center (15-20 minutes), and there were shuttles to and from the conference center to neighboring hotels. The closet in our first room smelled moldy, but at our request we were moved to another room that did not have that problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, except in the corners and around the edges, where dust and dirt had visibly accumulated.

The pool was fantastic, warm, huge and I had it all to myself. The spa was another story very few jets and not very warm. The ... room was not the cleaniest I've ever had, but it wasn't the dirtiest either. The room did smell, and was only yards from the freeway. The staff was fantastic, and always smiling. I do think they would have put us in a different room, but my husband had already to the staff that the room was OK. Breakfast was also slightly disappointing with toaster waffles. Orlando has 100's of motels, if I ever go again I will stay at one of the others.

My hotel was reasonably priced and comfortable. I would have preferred being closer to the lobby and not placed on the back ... side of the hotel since I was alone. There was plenty of room, a comfortable bed and it was very clean. The upkeep of the building on the outside could stand a little tender loving care. All in all it was acceptable. Uno's restaurant which is across the street was terrific. it is close to lots of things.

The La Quinta was a nice place to stay for our visit to the Sea World attraction. It was very close to everything, including ... shopping, and resturants. The rooms were clean, and fairly quiet. I would stay here again. The pool area was very nice.
