Very Clean & Comfortable!!

Was visiting for a family wedding. Had 4 hours in between wedding and reception. A lot of the family came back to the hotel ... with us and we hung out in the front conference room and played games! Staff was very friendly.

We just spent one night in this hotel and it was perfect for that purpose. For a group of 4 adults and 1 infant, the room has ... enough space, bed and beddings (including the pull out sofa bed). Bathrooms were very clean and spotless. Room was equipped with microwave,refrigerator, iron, iron stand, coffee maker and a secured box for your valuables. Breakfast in the morning was good with many options and everything was refilled really quickly. My only complaint would be the lack of parking and cramped parking lanes but this is not a big issue and definitely not a deal breaker.

This was great hotel to stay at. The only issue that I had was that It had 1 elevator and it was very old and slow. I usually ... took the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend a stay to a friend.

My review of Comfort Suites Lombard

The Comfort Suites Lombard was quite acceptable as a value priced choice. The immediate area was somewhat industrial ... looking, but since I was just looking for quick and simple sleeping arrangements during a busy schedule, the accommodations were completely adequate and ambiance from the surrounding area was not a concern. The room was spacious and clean and the owners obviously cared about their establishment. In turn, I would recommend it to any business traveler looking for value and comfort at a responsible price.

Not good for busy weekends

Well I had stayed here before and that was good experience but this time the check in clerk forgot to punch in my key for 2 ... days and instead did for one. so I had to wonder in the middle of night whether I had booked for 1 or 2. Although he did give me complimentary toileteries. The staff forgot to put essentials in my room after cleanup. There was a big fly in my room which when asked for the front desk said was coming with a squatter and never came. The message chair was broken in fitness room and there was no AC just a big fan in fitness room although tread mill did work.
