Not enough water to take a shower with. When taking my shower, the water actually stopped for several minutes, and then ... gradually came back on. It took almost 30 minutes to take a shower. The hotel staff said that it was due to a sold out hotel.

Even though I booked the room on the web, there was no problem at all with the check-in. Staff was efficient, cordial, and ... helpful, but not overbearing. The amenities are great and the continental breakfast provided fresh grocery items, good hot coffee, and cold milk/juice. We enjoyed our brief stay and will stay there again on subsequent visits.

The Comfort Suite, in Dillon, Co, was great for what we needed it for, a place to rest. Only a couple of things needed ... improvement,lighting in room not bright enough, and it seem that the cold water wasn't working well, maybe a little frozen. Plenty of hot water. Had a nice breakfast bar for us skiers on a budget. The staff was very pleasant, and helpful.

This hotel is good value for skier's money for several reasons: * Proximity: 15 mins to Loveland * A-basin (skied), ... Keystone and Breckenridge. * Large outdoor jacuzzi (for those beat up ankles) - a necessity for multi-day trips. * Large rooms (for all your gear); the blankets were kind of thin, maybe because our trip was in April. * Hearty breakfast in the morning and plenty of places to eat nearby. * Friendly and helpful staff -> recommending those places. * Free wifi and plug-in internet.
