If your planning a trip to Disneyland this is the hotel to stay! The price was reasonable the kids suite was the best! The ... hotel, swimming pool and fitness gym were very clean as were the rooms, and the staff was awesome! I would for sure stay here again. It was five minutes from Disneyland and the hotel restaurant kids eat free! What more can you ask for?

We stayed during the week so I'm not sure if applicable on the weekend stays, but while the kids were in the swimming pool on Wednesday night the hotel gave it's guest complimentary hot dogs and hamburgers straight off the bbq grill along with some chips. that saved us some money at least for that night so we didn't have to dine out.

Check in time is later than I expected (3pm), so I did end up waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. It was a 10 dollar taxi ride ... (including tip) to pretty much every where I wanted. Which, when you compare to how much more the closer hotels to Disney want, more than makes up for the cost of the ride.

Nice staff and room very comfortable, nice size, etc., but NOT close to the Anaheim Convention Center like Orbitz says... $10 ... cab ride! No shuttle there either. Also, NO CONDITIONER. Kind of important to know that if you are counting on it being there.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Housekeeping always kept our rooms clean. The Anaheim Resort Transit made it easy to ... travel to and from Disneyland, Downtown Disney, Anaheim GardenWalk and the surrounding areas. There is also ample parking at the hotel. I especially liked the pool and gym hours - the pool is open 8am - 11pm which is early and late enough to accommodate a busy vacation schedule, and the gym is open 24 hours!

We were there to visit Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. The room was ok... there was some weird smell coming from the ... wall. But the bathroom... The toilet was not in good shape, it should be replaced completely and there was mold in the shower. These were report to the front desk, at checkout, but no apologies were made, just an OK, they will look into it. We stayed here once before, but that was a few years ago, it was better then.

The hotel was advertised as being close to Disneyland. It was not within walking distance. Otherwise, the hotel was a fine ... vacation hotel. The pool was cute. The staff were not the friendliest, however. I would advise staying closer to the resort.

The hotel was easy to find, easy to get to and in a great central location. Though it is close to the interstate I could not ... hear it from my room which was really nice. There were a lot of quick resturants, coffee shops and a gym all with in 15 min or less from the hotel. It was also in a nice area, I was able to go out for a run and felt safe. The room was a nice size, had a lot of great amenities (hair dryer, microwave and fridge) and a lot of counter top space to set items on. The room was clean, the staff were friendly overall it was a nice stay and will stay there again.

Great location. The ART service is right at your door and is a very cheap transport service that will take you almost ... anywhere you need to go within the Disney Resort area. Restaurant on site was great - great weekday happy hours. Rooms were spotless and service friendly.

If you are catching the ART service to Disney then before or after your visit into the park grab a meal at the restuarants and fast food services outside the gates to Disney.....its a short walk from the park but very convenient - simply hop back on the ART service for return to the hotel (with a full tummy and money in your pockets.)

Nice hotel for the price

Hotel was nice, and worth the great value we got. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the frig came in handy. ... Anaheim transit was just out the front door, parking was available and free, and the pool was a good size and nice to swim in. We weren't bothered by the freeway nearby, and it was within a good distance to Angel Stadium and Honda Center (both of which we went to during our stay). Drawbacks - Staff was unfriendly, seemed bothered for the slightest questions. They could all use a lesson in customer attentiveness and service. We asked at check-in if we could pay extra for a king executive room and they simply ignored us and didn't follow up. Room service wasn't available past when the restaurant closed; so we got back from a baseball game and had to leave again to go get something to eat. Overall, for the price it is a good place to stay!

We stayed in a Holiday Inn in Anaheim, which sucked. We were there to enjoy Disneyland and it is not walking distance. The ... hotel location is made in no man land. The room was very small considering we paid for a kids suite. The elevators nevered worked. The restaurant was expensive and the food was awful. The outdoor pool was dirty and plus you had to share the pool with the Staybridge Suites which was located right next door. Never again will we stay there.

Disney downtown and Disneyland were close by and easy to get to. Shuttles were available for an additional $3.00 per person fee, although we drove and parked (only $11.00 for parking at Disney). There are several dining choices nearby and a good restaurant in the hotel itself and also room service

I chose to walk from the hotel to the Anaheim Convention Center (right across the street from Disneyland) despite a shuttle being available for $3 one way. It was about 1 1/2 miles distance between the two. Dining options in this stretch were limited though.

each room has a small security lockbox thats programable to your own code and I would suggest for a quick bite to eat the Hotel restaurant...otherwise you can drive or cab to many established eaterys close to the Convention Center.
