Just a quick trip in and arrived after 11pm. Desk was manned and ready. Clean lobby, halls and room. The only thing missing ... was sugar for my coffee. That was remedied quickly. A short stay as we left early but pleasant enough.

The good Bad and the ugly

The rooms that had been requested was not ready at 3:00 P M check in time, took almost 30 to 45 min to get rooms and had to ... take rooms across the hallway not connecting rooms that was requested. Also the elevator in the motel was broken, staff advised that they hoped to get it up and running sometime.

We were in Elizabethtown for Fort Knox graduation ceremonies. Staff had printed out directions to the base for anyone that ... needed them. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and even more within 10 miles. Hotel was undergoing minor renovations to playground and possibly fitness center. Even though some staff members were not very knowledgable they were all friendly and tried to help any way they could.This location was much nicer than anything we saw closer to Fort Knox.

Check in was a breeze, the continental breakfast was delightful and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We will use this hotel ... again in the future. The only dissapointment was the ice machine on our floor wasn't working properly.
