Crestwood Suites is centrally located, less than 6 miles west of Orlando International Airport. The hotel is 5 miles from I-4 at Exit 32 and from the Florida Turnpike at Exit 254 N.
There are many fine restaurants all less than 3 miles from the Crestwood Suites - Disney, Orlando. Check in the lobby for sample menus and ask the front desk for directions. There are also restaurants that make deliveries to the Hotel for our guests. One of the best!

Stayed just one night so I could catch a flight out early the next morning. It was about 10 minutes to the airport. I stay ... in hotel/motels rooms on average 50+ nights a year and I have to say this was one of the best places I have EVER stayed. Clean ,good location,quiet,hotel staff that know how to do thier jobs well! Great Place!!

We liked the Hotel. It was in walking distance from the mall. Everything that you wanted to find you found within a quick ... drive. We will stay there again then next time we come to Florida.

Turn right onto Sand Lake drive and when you get to the second light turn right and go straight ahead to really big mall. We didn't get all the way through it but it was amazing.

Definitely NOT a three star hotel

We weren't expecting the Ritz, but were very disappointed at the room condition. The front desk worker was friendly, but ... rooms were not very clean and there is no one available after 8:00 pm. We did not feel very safe and would not recommend this hotel to others. The location is somewhat isolated. We would have rather stayed at one of the many hotels we passed, to reach this one. There were several hotels closer to the airport, as we believed this one was.

Not a so Sweet Crestwood Suites

The photos of the hotel are misleading. The outside is renovated, but it is located beside a construction company on a small ... dirty road with no signage. The inside is definately not very clean. If you are use to suites like the residence inn you will not find those accomodations here. There is one coffee pot in the front lobby and box of dunkin donuts each morning to consitute contenental breakfast. There is no daily room cleaning. There is a coin operated laundry, but there is no change in the hotel or a change machine, and there was no soda in the vending machines. The cable service was spotty at best. Some nights it got all channels others it was frozen. The best thing about the hotel is that there is a walmart down the street and it is not that far from Disney world or the airport.

Ok, for a crash pad

There were restaurants and shops nearby, but not that you could walk to because of the highway. It was near all major ... roadways. The room was small but adequate, the staff was friendly. The halls and room itself had an odor. It met my needs, but truthfully I would not stay there again.

I have stayed at many hotels in Orlando, this one was the worst. we checked in @ 10pm, had to call the night mgr to let me in ... which was ok.. I stood in the lobby by myself while he left with my cc and DL, he was very nice but the lobby was more like a Doctors office than a hotel. drove to the side where my room was, didnt feel very safe having to go back to the car to get stuff, it was very secluded and dark. The room did have a small stove, microwave and full size refrigerator but in no way was this a 'suite". More like a studio, just one very small room. We have 2 small children (under 3 yrs) so we took the playards for them to sleep in, barely had enuf room and they were pushed up against the beds. The carpet throughout the hotel was freshly vaccummed but old and dirty. I found a gathering of hair stuck in the corner of the bathroom floor. when you walk down the hall you can hear everyone in their rooms talking and hear the tv... no privacy and you can smell everything everyone was cooking. Glad we only stayed one night.

Overall its a good deal for money. I reached at 10 pm in the night and was surprized by the fact that hotel doors were shut. ... I had to call "Manager" to get started. Manager was strange. But overall I would recommend highly as this place is affordable without major problems.

The hotel was not very up to date. There was gross smells as we walked down the hallway to our room. There were very few ... items in the kitchenette to use for cooking. We didn't get our maid service when we were supposed to. This hotel is more for people who are on business trips that dont really care what their room looks like. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

We wanted to visit a few places in Orlando. Last time we were there we have to trouble long distances. Not this time ... everything since to be like just a few miles. I like the free coffe in the morning. The only thing that i miss was the free donuts.

the first night we got in town, we had a hard time finding the hotel. the hotel name display is covered by the trees in front ... of the hotel, and when you are new in town it took us a while to locate. The next morning we did a lot of shopping, the hotel is very close to all the amusement parks and outlet stores. overall the experience there was great!

The good and the bad

I thought this hotel was a great location to all the attractions, however, the quality of it was not great. The rooms were ... not very clean and you only receive housekeeping once if you were there for a week. The utensils and cookware were not that clean either. I did not see a pool there when it stated that there was one.One of the cabinets broke when I went to open it for the first time. Overall, I wasn't happy with the hotel.

There is a Walmart very close by to the hotel(2 minutes). We bought water bottles and juice and freeze them overnight in the freezer. Then we put them into a styrofoam cooler and keep them in the car to use throughout the day at Disney World. It helped saved a lot of money since anything inside the theme park is pretty pricy.

there was a super walmart a mile down the road, universal studio was just 3 miles, and disney parks about 13, but right down I-4. the largest mcdonalds in world was 3 miles, and many shopping and food targets under 2 miles...great spot.
