40 minutes trip from airport expensive cab. Nice and helpful clerk at check in, not so during day time. Clean, very nice new ... towels, quiet but not the A/C, Nice breakfast.Good shuttle service to/from parks. I like halloween decor.

Close by, adjoining the grounds there is a nice supermarket Publix, which has a liquor store as well, if you need it. Target is just a few minutes drive away and within twenty minutes you can reach all the major attractions.

A "great" family getaway

The Staff and location was great. The clerk was willing to assist me in any way I needed help in. The site was beautiful and ... in a good location. However when I first checked in I asked for a room facing the pool and she gave me room 1402, the view was great but the room a foul odor and one of the beds looked like someone had been laying in it. I contact the clerk and she gave me another room, that room was much much better and I was pleased.

A hidden gem

Being the first trip to Orlando with our family, we researched the internet as we wanted a good hotel at a budget price, ... something very hard to find these days. However, on Orbitz we got a great deal for a hotel that looked nice from the pictures and which had good reviews. However, we had apprehensions. On reaching the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised. From the smooth check in, to the clean and comfortable room, the whole experience for me and my family was memorable. The room was very comfortable, the kitchenette appliances clean and working. The resort grounds were picturesque, well groomed and maintained. My children enjoyed playing in the pools, which were extremely clean.The activity staff were very helpful when we wanted to play shuffle board and were ready to give us advice. All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was a great value. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Kids enjoyed the amentities of the resort...nice pool, pool ... activities, activity room. Nice complimentary breakfast with eggs, bacon, toast, buscuits & gravy etc. etc. Convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle & bustle of Disney. Very enjoyable vacation!!

i would like my money refuned,we did not stay at the holiday inn because it is 20 miles away from clermont fl.i went to see ... my grandson graduate from hs.how can the hotel say it is in clermont when it is notit is 20 miles away,we stayed in a hotel in downtown clermont at a added cost

The hotel's landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. When you first pull up, you immediately feel as though you picked the right ... hotel. Even when you walk into the foyer and to the hotel desk, the decor is nice, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, once you get on the elevator, your "nice" hotel has turned into a two star experience. The elevator was old, with holes in the walls, the hallways were run down, and my first room smelled of urine. I went back to the hotel desk, and they changed my room to one which didn't smell like urine, but it was still very average. Motel 6 comes to mind.

Better than Disney Resort!

the first part of our trip was at Disney's All Start Sports resort which does not compare to this place! The location is just ... minutes from Disney with all the conveniences within walking distance. The grounds were immaculate, staff polite and very helpful. Free breakfast every morning!! There is a great water park on site for the children to use and a heated pool! The size of our room was amazing lots of floor space for the baggage andkids to play plus the size of the bathroom was great too! We will definitely highly recommend this place to the others and we will certainly return!!
