The Springhill Suites is located across from MetroCenter Mall on I-17. We are within walking distance to Rose Mofford Sports Complex, home of several softball and soccer tournaments throughout the year. Come experience our "Home Away from Home" atmosphere and let our associates deliver to you our World Class Service. In our suites you will find a mini-fridge, microwave, and plenty of seating including a sofa bed. The hotel staff was extremely nice. They even offered to fix me breakfast since my flight was leaving so early in the morning ... before they sat out the breakfast for the hotel. This hotel is down the street from Pappadeaux's very nice and good food.

Fun in Phoenix

My sister and I stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate our two brothers. We were in town to visit ... with another brother. The staff members at this Spring Hill Suites are all very attentive and pleasant. The outdoor pool is in good condition and clean. We were unable to spend much time poolside due to the chilly weather. Our room was too small to accommodate four people.

Great dining fairly close. The hotel is along the East frontage road of US 17 ( Black Canyon Hiway ) and if one continues north of there you will come to Pappadeux resturant, which has an excellant seafood menu. There are numerous and varied other places to dine within a short distance. Just across the hiway there is an entertainment center if travelling with children.

GREAT ROOM AND LOCATION FOR THE PRICE

GREAT,CLEAN ROOM WITH A GREAT LOCATION. CONVENIENT TO PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS AND CLOSE TO STADIUM. MUST SAY THEY OFFER A ... FABULOUS BREAKFAST!!! UFORTUATELY MY ROOM WAS SWELTERINGLY HOT. THE AIR CONDITIONER TOOK 4 HOURS THE FIRST NIGHT TO MAKE THE ROOM EVEN TOLERABLE. WE LEFT THE AIR ON THE NEXT DAY, AND STILL RETURNED TO A ROOM THAT WAS HOT AS AN OVEN. IT WAS LATE, SO I INFORMED THE MANAGEMENT THE NEXT MORNING.....NO SYMPATHY..THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHY I DIDN'T COMPLAIN THE FIRST DAY! WELL, IT KINDA COOLED OFF THE FIRST NIGHT, SO WE FIGURED IF WE LEFT IT ON ALL DAY WE WOULD HAVE A NICE COOL ROOM TO RETURN TO. WHAT WERE THEY GONNA DO AT 11 AT NIGHT WHEN WE WERE DROP-DEAD TIRED FROM THE FOOTBALL GAME?? NOT GREAT AC SYSTEM TO FIGHT THE PHOENIX HEAT. I WONT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Due to extended work with a cliet we were late in checking in yet the staff member greeting us, [...], was fast friendly and ... efficient. She was knowledgable and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed to enjoy a restful sleep. The hot/cold breakfast the next morning was quite sufficient to energize us for the upcoming day. It was well stocked and clean as was eating area.We plan on returning.

Great experience for a great price

My wife did a good job researching hotels in Phoenix, and this one rated well. After staying there, we understand ... why. Stephanie and Chris at the check-in desk were personable, friendly and aimed to please. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've seen ... very impressed. The hotel was very clean (unlike the Ramada Inn down the street, where some of my relatives were staying) and the rooms were nice. Hurry up and get to Phoenix before it gets any hotter!!!
