Would recommend to a friend!

Cute place to stay at. The hotel had 24 hour staff for the lobby, which was nice since my plane was delayed and I had to ... check in much later than expected. The only real problem I had was that the room card kept resetting and it was an annoyance to have to go to the lobby to get it reprogrammed.

One cannot see the hotel from check-in. This hotel falsely advertises that it has recently been renovated. I booked the ... closest hotel to drive to as I fell ill while traveling. Rooms were disgusting with cigarettes and mildew. Hotel Manager and Orbitz unwilling to void reservation. Spent an hour trying to resolve, finally was too sick to argue. Was twice as sick when I left due to mold.

Our room was clean, front desk staff were pleasant, and the pool was great!! The hotel is close to everything, including ... Honeymoon/Caladesi Islands. It was a great place to stay at a bargain price! We will be back.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY OLD AND OUTDATED AND TO BE HONEST, I DO BELIEVE THAT SOME OF THE REPAIRS WERE SUB HARRY HOMEOWNER IN ... QUALITY.IT WAS A VERY BASIC ROOM AT BEST AND THEY DO HAVE SOME WIERD PEOPLE LONG TERM LIVING THERE. THE AFTERNOON DESK CLERK GUT WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE FIRST ROOM THAT I GOT WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE STANK OF STALE CIGERETTE SMOKE SO BAD THAT YOU WANTED TO GAG BUT THE SECOND ONE WAS MUCH BETTER.

It was not what I expected. The room had stains on the wall and floor. But, overall it was clean and did not smell. It was a ... good room for the money.

RED ROOF INN PALM HARBOR I DO RECCOMEND AND WHEN I RETURN TO FLORIDA I WILL STAY AT RED ROOF INN,VERY HELPFUL AT FRONT ... DEST.MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND ALSO THE BATHROOM.IF YOU NEED EXTRA TOWELS THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.POOL WAS NICE AREA CLEAN.LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR MYSELF

HOUSEKEEPING WAS BAD! LEFT DOOR OPEN AFTER MAKING BEDS. TRASH UNDER BEDS, RECEIPTS DATED IN JUNE, EMPTY BOTTLES. FORGOT TO ... LEAVE TOWELS OR WASH CLOTHS. NEVER LEFT COFFEE. WE FORGOT SEVERAL ITEMS AFTER CHECKING OUT AND CALLED WITHING 1 HOUR AFTER LEAVING AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING IN OUR ROOM. THE ITEMS WERE VALUED AT AROUND 150.00 TO 200.00. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

The room had a stale oder,carpeting was wrinkled up. The same dirt was in bathroom &paper on floor the next day after room ... was cleaned. checked out the second day & stayed with friends.We were told by other people this was not a good hotel .

The Red Roof Inn in Palm Harbor Florida was a good choice for us. They were doing some remodeling work and most of the rooms ... were brand new. The room was a little small for four people, but as I said they were in the middle of renovation! We were VERY pleased with the service, everyone was curteous and VERY helpful! The location was good as well, we were within walking distance of restaurant, I would like to see the hotel offer wireless internet and maybe the continental breakfast, but they did offer free coffee in the lobby! We intend to go back to Florida again next year and we will be staying at The Red Roof Inn in Palm Harbor!

Cheap and Horrible

I stayed at this motel because there are no other options in the immediate area, and needed to be close to family. Although ... this hotel was recently renovated, the renovations consisted of a coat of paint. The rooms are dirty and the smell was horrible. Not quite sure if the smell was bug spray (to keep the roaches at bay) or urine (since they purportedly allow pets). I kept my shoes on the entire time because the rug was disgusting. There were holes in the ceiling stuffed with what appeared to be toilet paper or tissue. There were no ammenities (i.e., soap, shampoo, etc.). I would have checked out had there been any accomodations nearby. Will never stay here again, and recommend against it unless it is very necessary.

Discustingly Dirty

This Red Roof in was filthy. The tub was covered in scum and mold. The rugs were sticky. The room smelt like smoke. The ... place was discusting. When I spoke to the women at the front desk, she stated that the owner was out of town, and she could do nothing about the situation. I don't expect much but a clean place to stay, and this didn't even come close to meeting this expectation in any way!
