My GPS had me on the other side of the highway because of an address conflict, but once I arrived at the hotel it was very ... nice. Great room, friendly staff. The hotel was located blocks from my meeting site so I was very pleased.

houskeeping opened my room sometime in am after i left to go out and when i returned door still open no one had cleaned room ... yet. anyone could have stolen all in my room. supervisor apoligetic but the non safety of my things did not make up for it . needless to say i refused my room cleaning for the rest of my stay so this would not happen again. the next night big party on that patio that is in the picture. this was right outside my window. lasted till past 3 am not appreciated and i cant believe staff did not stop it.

The only thing that was off about my 6 days here was when I arrived in the room someone had turned the A/C to 55 degrees, and ... it was frigid. Otherwise, the staff was always helpful with directions, UPS mailings, inquiries about toiletries, etc. Very cheap for all that you get!

Avoid going into Minneapolis and avoid eating at a mediocre chain by going to Origami Sushi, attached to the Ridgedale Mall a few minutes drive west of the hotel. Excellent food and customer service in a very chic setting.

It was very quiet and restful. The only thing I didn't care for was that the elevators/stairwells were only at opposite ends ... of the building and my room was in the middle. Not fun when you're lugging 30lbs of laptop around.

We had no complaints. The location was great for us. The hotel was quiet and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. Most ... of all, we enjoyed the free hot breakfast we received every morning. The food was good and the choices were plenty.

inital assigned room was small and left not privacy for two adults traveling with a 17 year old. expected to have a separate ... room in the suite to accommondate the 17 year old. what is the purpose of having a suite if privacy is not apart to the packge. additionally, breakfast was a joke. this was supposed to be a full breakfast to include omelettes. other than that, they had a very professional, and caring staff

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on a earlier trip. Loved the location as my son and his wife live in Uptown, which ... because of the access to the freeway is minutes away. (No noise from the freeway by the way) On this trip my son graduated from college and knowing that this Inn was available took the stress out of everything and made the trip and stay so much more fun for my wife and I. Since they are expecting their first child in November, I know we will be staying there many more times in the future.

This Holiday Inn Express was a very nice, moderately priced hotel. The room was clean, nice sized, and had easy ... accessibility from the major highway in the Twin Cities. My complaint was that the rooms were not sound proof at all, we heard other guests showers during the night and children running up and down the halls until wee hours.
