Great place, good price
missouri for a wedding Oct 2, 2009
Right across the street from the mall, and very close to a ton of places to eat. Staff was very nice. Our plane did not ... leave till 4 in the afternoon, and we were to check-out at 11 but they were nice enough to let us stay in the room until 1. Can't say enough about the staff, anything we needed, they provided. Places were a little bit older but overall it was great.

One night stopover
noname Jul 6, 2009
Nice hotel. Continental breakfast was typical mostly just cereal and toast. Pool was clean. Within walking distance to ... quite a few stores and restaurants. Room was nice sized. Had to go to the desk to get missing items for the sofa bed though. Even after calling they don't send them. A/c was exceptionally noisy and kicked on and off all night. That was really the only complaint we had.

Great for Extended Stays
Traveller Jul 2, 2009
My wife was taking her state boards in Springfield. The location of the hotel makes it possible to easily get anywhere in ... the city. There are great restaurants in every direction and a mall right across the street. The rooms are very comfortable and the full kitchen is a great feature when you don't feel like going out to a great restaurant. I would stay here again if my travels take me to Springfield overnight.

There is a great restaurant called the Gem of India about a mile from the hotel. If you like Indian food you won't want to miss this one.

Home away from home.
Brett Oct 12, 2008
Arbor Suites at the Mall, Springfield, Missouri This was the most confortable room that I have had, period. It is just ... like a home away from home. I loved being able to make a snack in the fully furnished kitchen and then watching T.V. in the small living room then starting a fire in the real burning fireplace. This alone gave the impression of being home or in aplace that would cost 5 times more the price. I would like to say that this was just like a small, cozy apartment. Separate bathroom area with a shower and bath was private and confortable. The king size bed was very confortable next to most rooms that I have been in. The best was the option of cooking with the furnished kitchen. A very peaceful area awakens up in the daytime to a full mall area with top name stores all in the same place. This is a big plus for shoppers. I would rate this as the best hotel I have been in for relaxing and multiple day stays. I have already recommended this to people that will try it out soon. It is only 35 miles from Branson, MO so I am going to stay again this spring when I return to the area. This hotel is even worth driving a little out of the way for.

Wife was pleased, which makes everyone happy!!
Kevin Jul 29, 2007
This was the first time we ever stayed in an extended stay type of establishment. We stayed in the studio suite, and it was ... eveything we needed and more. We would have spent much more money staying in a regular hotel, and here we had a full kithen (any and all dishes are provided) and a living area in addition to the normal hotel amnenities. The staff was wonderful they even had a crib that we were able to use when we asked after we had arrived, for no extra cost. The pool was nice, although the hot tub was a little different than expected-very very big and not much on the jets. Free DVD rentals were available at the front desk for our in room DVD player, in addition to the cable. We enjoyed the best free continental breakfast I believe we have ever recieved at a hotel. Everything from yogurt, to cold cereal, to fresh fruit, juices, milk, and get this FRENCH TOAST. We ate breakfast both mornings at the hotel, which if you figure what you saved from taking the family out for breakfast, the cost of the room was even cheaper. My wife was very pleased with the room/hotel and made the comment that we would definitely stay here again when we had the chance. For the money, you just cannot beat staying at Arbor Suites at the mall.

Many, many resturaunts are close by to the hotel. It is right off of a main street which hosts about every fast food establishment you can think of. Grocery stores are nearby (which we used since we had a full kitchen to use in our room), and the Mall is right across the street, which is very large..

WE WERE PLEASANTLY PLEASED WITH THE ROOMS! THERE WAS A COMPLETE KITCHEN, LIVING AREA, AND BEDROOM. VERY SPACIOUS. CLOSE TO ... SHOPPING MALL AND MANY RESTAURANTS. THERE WAS A NICE POOL/SPA AREA, A BASKETBALL COURT, MANY PATIO TABLES AND EVEN A FEW GAS GRILLS, ALL IN A PLEASANT TREE AND GRASS AREA. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD, QUITE A FEW SELECTIONS TO FIT ANY ONES DIET. THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED ON WAS THE PHONE BOOK WAS OUTDATED, AND WE HAD TO PUT OUR OWN SHEETS ON THE PULL OUT COUCH. VERY MINOR!!
