"The good, the bad"

I reported to the owner about them putting the charges on my credit card when [...] had already charged me for the stay ... there. The Owner said that the hotel will dismiss the charges which has never been dismissed yet. I would like to go into my vacation without worrying about any kind of screw-up. I have been going to this hotel everytime I visits Atlanta, so it has to be a good hotel to stay in. Overall.....it has.

We were in Atlanta for college checkin (my granddaughter) and the only problem we encounter would be the smell of mildew in ... one of the rooms

Enjoyed the accomodations of having a hot breakfast on location. This was my second visit with your Hotel in the Atlanta area ... in 8 mos. I will be booking with you again being that the trips I've made are for my granddaughter going to school in Atlanta.
