Courteous caring staff

We were only there two nights, but we got to know the staff on a first name basis. My husband fell in the hotel and they were ... very concerned and caring. They called us by name each time we walked through the lobby and offered to drive us to the nearby hospital, but we had a car and drove ourselves. We also left a phone charger in the room, and they are mailing it to us...great service! The t.v. was difficult to figure out...but we managed. I would highly recommend the Naples Doubletree.

my grandson and i enjoyed the large warm pool, the very friendly front desk personel (and the tasty free cookies they gave us ... each day) the cafe breakfasts and drinks, sitting on our balcony overlooking the pool, the spaceous suite, and internet access.

we took advantage of the trolley tour,which stops at the guest suites, to explore much of the city and allowing us to get off any where on its route while catching a later trolly.

This is our 4th time staying here. We have stayed at other hotels in Naples and the Doubletree surpasses them all for room ... size and comfortable bedding,cleanliness, friendly staff, unbeatable customer service and pricing. Their fitness room is small but considering everything else, we highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

Naples was our last stop on our vacation before flying out of Ft. Myers. We were tired and this was a very comfortable hotel ... with spacious rooms. We will again stay at a Doubletree.

This was a super value and a great place. We were very close to all the local restaurants and the beach and the hotel itself ... was excellent. It even smelled clean. The pool area was great but the rooms were very impressive.

Clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Would have liked brighter light in sitting area of suite especially with the poor ... choice of color for walls and furniture giving a dark feel. The only amenity we used was the Business Center which more than met our needs. Cookies were good and staff was friendly.

The Doubletree in Naples is a wonderful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and the hotel is ... very clean. I will definitely stay there again and reccomend to anyone who will be traveling to Naples, FL.
