We stayed there for two nights before we left on a Disney cruise. Very nice condos, excellent value if you have to get ... multiple hotel rooms. Make sure you pay attention to the $75 cleaning fee they charge you, and factor that in to the price. The longer you stay, the better deal it is.

Overall the condos were awesome! The staff was great and the buildings are beautiful. The large amount of space and full ... appliances/utilities makes it great for families to spread out and even get a little messy without stressing out. And the central location made it very easy to get to around the city. There is also a Publix grocery store conveniently located right around the corner. My only complaints were the additional $75 cleaning fee (as it was only 2 of us and we were only there for two days). Also, the construction made it confusing to get around and not as appealing as I know it will be in the future. Finally, the fact that you have to be out of the room by 10am was a little bit of a burden. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

We were upgraded to a 3/2 premium executive suite and it was amazing. Pool and lake views, huge master suite, granite ... counters, nice balcony, etc. Great stay.

The condo amenities were lacking. Common areas were not well kept, for example there were dust bunnies in the hallway ... corridors and the tile floors appeared dingy. Bedding was insufficient, it would have been nice to have a spare blanket or two. Since there are several property management groups for the complex, there were no clear lines as to who was responsible for exactly what.

The check in was a bit confusing. I stopped at the club house and was given directions to a condo on the property. If you ... aren't looking closely you will miss it. The check in office looks exactly like all the other units. In fact when I came out there was another family looking for the check in location. Check out was a breeze you just pack your bags and leave. I was not happy about having to check out at 10am. That's a bit early; however we did not leave until 11am and was not charged anything for the extra hour. Once I got to the condo I loved. It was very clean and the decor was beautiful. The only compliant I had about the condo is the beds. The mattresses where hard and uncomfortable. The club house was great the is a internet center you can use that has a printer if you need to print tickets to the park or directions. The the location was perfect centrally located near Publix, Seaworld, Aquatica, Wet & Wild, Universal, and the Airport.

Go grocery shopping at Publix and eat most meals at the condo. You will save alot of money.

great place for a family vacation. nicely furnished, although the provided computer didn't work. nice to have the laundry ... facilities. close to seaworld, which is why we chose to stay there. would definitely stay again. would be nice to have towels for the pool and some sort of snack bar/food/beverages available other than the vending machines. also the game room could have a change-making machine. the staff didn't have change and if you didn't have change, you couldn't play the games or use the vending machines.

We stayed in a very nice 3 bedroom unit. The place was gorgeous and spacious. The only issues I had were: electronics ... (plasma TV's, PS2, DVD player, etc) were new but were not set up properly for use (quickly remedied). The site is very close to Seaworld (a couple of minutes to drive but not in walking distance). And it is NOT located on International Drive which is a good thing because traffic is light.

Groceries: Go South (hang a right out of the property) on Universal. Go straight into a 2 lane surburban road and it takes you to local shopping.
