For the price, we were very disappointed. We thought of it as more of a motel than a hotel. Staff was great, just didn't ... care for the motel feeling.

Nice Facility but no Elevator

This is a nice facility in a fine location but it has no elevator or bell service. We had heavy luggage and a second story ... room. We had to drag the luggage upstairs.

There is a Starbucks and a Dunkin Donuts within a half mile of this hotel. There is a coffee pot in the room and apparently in the lobby.

Very family friendly

The room was very comfortable with a couch and desk chair. It was nice to have lots of hangers in the closet area. Was glad ... to see a separate vanity area from the bathroom. However, the bathroom did not have a fan in it. Maintenance was excellent. When we reported a broken toilet water tank and a slow running sink they fixed it immediately. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not provide a continental breakfast. You had to pay for everything except coffee and tea. All in all the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

My review of Courtyard by Marriott Deerfield

we stayed on the second of the two floors at this hotel but there was no elevator. It was very hard getting luggage up the ... stairwell. Help was offerred, however, it was late at nite when we checked in and thought it would be quicker doing it ourselves. We only used the room to sleep and shower as we were at relatives' house for mostly all our time at the Deerfield Marriott.
