NICE HOTEL

friendly people. nice location. good size, clean room. A bit outdated. Free wireless internet takes a few try, but after ... that works great.

Quiet, comfortable--but smoky!

This hotel has a good location, large rooms, a good pool, decent breakfast, and was remarkably quiet for the location. One ... minor problem: a tile was missing in the bathroom, which makes the room feel a bit run-down. One serious problem: there were clearly a number of guests smoking in their rooms, and the smell pervaded the third floor. I imagine this is tough for employees to monitor, but perhaps posting signs in rooms warning guests that they will be fined for smoking in a non-smoking facility would discourage it.

Comfortable room for the price

We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were very nice and clean. We had booked a king and they put us with two queens. ... However, they set us up with a new king room when we brought this to their attention. The rooms were a little dated, but very clean. The staff was very friendly and they provide a welcome package including coupons and information on the area...nice touch.

OK stay

Hotel stay was uneventful until check out. I had 3 children ages 10, 8, and 2 and we were going to a funeral, so dressed in ... nice clothing. At the time of check out it was POURING rain!! I planned on pulling my van to the covered entrance, but it was COMPLETELY BLOCKED by a company moving in furniture. I asked about another "covered" area to load my children and luggage. The front desk pointed to a side door right by the garbage cans and laundry vents. (perhaps this is where a company should be delivering furniture instead of paying customers trying to check out?????) So, I pulled the van by that door and tried my best to load everything in the rain. When I suggested that, in the future, they shouldn't completely block their covered enterance I was simply told, "sorry".

"Great Hometown Hospitality"

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. It was a blessing when they allowed us to check in a little earlier. The ... service was great and when we requested extra supplies the staff responded quickly. The hotel is surrounded by great shopping and eateries---And the fantastic view of the mountain and river was a special treat. We had a peaceful positive experience and look forward to staying at the Riverport Inn again.

The Express Suites was very clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price. Located within walking distance of shopping ... and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accomadating. Liked the double sinks in the bathroom, microwave and refrig also included.

When cking into our room, my husband and I were delighted to find a jacuzzi in the room. A fun treat and we hadn't requested ... or paid more. Free continental breakfast was a plus and the space allotted for the breakfast crowd was spacious. Overall a great stay.
