Overall, our room was okay... I don't know that we'll stay there again. Before we booked our room, we had called to check ... that the hotel had internet; the associate we talked to said it did, so we went ahead and booked it. However, when we got there, it didn't work in our room. My husband went to the front desk, and the associate working offered to have us move to another room where the internet would possibly work. He was sent to three different rooms (all of which it didn't work) before the associate finally gave him an internet box for our first room. After that, it was fine; it was just a huge pain to have to go through all of that. That night, we returned to our room to discover that the refrigerator defrosted itself, spoiling the food we had bought earlier that day. We called the front desk, and they said there was nothing they could do, unless we wanted to switch rooms. By that point, our 9-month old daughter was sleeping, and we didn't want to go through the hassle of her waking up and having to move everything. The hotel location was not ideal, in my opinion-- it actually faces a very nearby bar/night club (they practically share the front parking lot), which I wasn't really comfortable with. Basically, we thought the room was nice--we got a king suite, and it was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the pool area, which was also clean. Customer service wasn't that great, from what we experienced. For the cost, it was alright. You get what you pay for.

This isn't a hotel with a lot of character, but if you're looking for a clean, convenient place to stay, it's a good bet. ... Reasonable room rates.
