Disappointed in not adhering to repairs needed in room, particular regarding the bathroom face bowl, water going out very ... slowly, causing you to continue to turn water on and off before finishing with a task. Not replacing used cups and glasses.

the staff was very accomodating and friendly. The location was excellent with many restaraunts within walking distance. The ... room was comfortable but the furniture was outdated and didn't really match, Carpeting in the hallways looked old and dingy.

Thehotel was nice enough, a bit outdated. The front desk clerk was Very accommodating ([...]). Rooms were pretty clean and ... roomy. Convienent to highways and shopping.

I was impressed with the entrance to the hotel and the meeting areas. The check in was fine but entering the elevator I ... discovered the appearance of aged and warn out carpet and a smell of mildew. The upper floor was in the same shape and need of updating. The room was not a $150 night room. It looked like a $79 warn out room with a ok view.

Close proximity to Fashion Mall, restaurants and movies

The Sheraton at Keystone Crossing is a great place to stay if you are interested in shopping at the Fashion Mall. Parking in ... the attached garage makes walking to the hotel easy. Once parked we didn't need our car til we left the next day. The hotel also is within walking distance for several restaurants and the art cinema theatre which we went to. The room size was comfortable for the one night stay as well as being very clean. The staff was very responsive when I had requested extra towels for the room. Breakfast was convenient in the lobby restaurant a full menu or buffet is offered to suit everyones taste. I would definately stay again visiting that area of Indianapolis.

The Sheraton was a great place for us to stay. We were in town for a wedding and they provided a shuttle to and from the ... reception. Everyone was really nice. Cocktails maybe a little expensvie but you will have that. Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer.
