Fantastic hotel, very quiet place even though LAX is directly across the street. Staff and service was exquisite. Price was ... right.

Major issue with staff concerning parking. All guest with vehicles forced into valet parking because of a claim by staff to ... have no self-parking at the hotel, but you had to pay valet price. Car gained an extra dent after first release to valet. Never had such an experience in all my years of travel. Checked out of hotel after first night of three-night booking. Will never use this hotel again, for sure.

Courtyard Marriott/LAX

Courtyard Marriott/LAX was a very good experience. Room was available for early check in. Daily valet parking was $16 with ... unlimited in/out and valet refused tip. :) Housekeeping staff left extra towels each day and never bothered personal belongings left out in room. I would definitely stay again!
