The friendliest staff.
Tina Nov 3, 2009
The staff were fabulous! From the moment we checked in (early)until the time we left, the front desk staff were friendly and ... always seemed happy to see us. By the time we left one of the girls even knew all four of our names! We were there for a specific event and didn't spend much time in the immediate area of the hotel so I can't say how good the dining out and entertainment options are, but they do offer a room service of sorts.

What a little jewel, close to SFO
Professional Oct 11, 2009
This hotel was easy to find and right off of Highway 101. The rate was unbeatable for a first class hotel. The staff were ... helpful and friendly, and the Continental Breakfast was everything we have come to expect from the hotels we have booked on-line. They even let my husband park his motorcycle up on the sidewalk in front of the window, to ensure the safety of his bike--best parking spot in the whole place!!!! If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere to get some rest in while enjoying all that the Greater Bay Area has to offer, and do not need location or "a view," then this is a jewel.

I was of course an early arrival and booked with this in mind and did get into the room finally at 1 p.m. when their check in ... wasn't till 3p.m. so that was nice, also the place is a very popular place it seems in some what of a shady neighborhood ? I got back to the motel at about 2a.m. and the parking garage and front parking was totally full, I had to park on the street a block away and risk either getting towed and or brake in, but in the end it all worked out .

Good Value/amenities
Sparemetenpin Sep 15, 2009
Freeway access isn't that great especially with the road construction, but since I used to live in the area, it wasn't a big ... deal. Love that there's a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Didn't try it, but having free internet is a huge bonus. Also, having the extra mirror & ottoman outside the bathroom meant we both could get ready at the same time. Hooray! I could get something other than Pepsi products from the vending machines. No ice machine on our floor - had to go to first floor. Breakfast was limited. More variety of fresh fruit and vanilla yogurt would be a plus. Scrambled eggs would be great. Wish I brought my swimsuit - jacuzzi was private and inviting.

Cheap but isolated
Bunny huggers Aug 16, 2009
We stayed here as part of a cheap car rental/hotel deal on cheaptickets. I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms are ... nice, the location is terrible, and the breakfast is weak. We came in late and had to scrounge up some food. We ended up going with our only option option of having a pizza delivered. The room is pretty good size and clean. For breakfast they only had a couple things that did not even include toast.

Great Stay
The Fam Aug 4, 2009
It was a one night stay but it was very convenient. The off/on ramp is under construction which made it a bit difficult to ... get to the hotel, and there was only one clerk to answer the phone and check guests in...although he handled it well, it was clearly understaffed.

Staff not very helful
Janelle mommy to be Jul 20, 2009
When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, we were told we booked a room with two queen beds when in reality we booked a ... room with one king bed. We showed the staff our receipt from orbitz.com and the man behind the counter was not helpful or sympathetic towards the situation. He could have cared less that we were upset. The snack machines were not working properly and the staff was not helpful with that. The fire alarm went off at 6:00am and all of the guest were confused as to whether it was real or false and we were never informed otherwise. I just think the hotel could use some customer friendly staff!

I have been to this motel several times--usually as a Park and Fly place. This time I wasn't flying but had business in the ... area, and I spent a lot of time working in the room. The fridge and microwave were very handy. I was able to keep some small staples in the room and not have to go out to eat. My accommodations were roomy and pleasant to be in for a day of work. My only suggestion is for the motel to put a fan in the exercise room, since there is no air conditioning control or window, and the room is terribly stuffy.

Very Good place to stay
Paulina Jan 27, 2008
If you need to stay in a clean and nice place, quite and with great waffles for breakfast, this is the place. Good enough if ... you are not looking for luxury. Access from airport and freeway is a bit tricky but not imposible. Construction does not make it easier however, if you are renting a car to go around, pay $10 a day aprox for a GPS and you wont have any problems getting to this place. You probably will need a GPS in SFO anyway if this is the first time visiting. Hotel is quite and clean. This is good enough. I highly reccomended. Ultimate decision is yours of course.
