Not Too Bad

Marriott staff were cordial and overly friendly. The $19 a day parking fee is excessive, if not unnecessary. It is a airport ... hotel... The room was large, except bathroom being quite cramped. I recommend a wall mount dual sided makeup mirror, since the sink protruded outward to adjust for sink space. Starbucks coffee is only offered during restaurant hours and if you wanted a cup to take to your room, you only received a small styrofoam bathroom size cup that was $3. What can you expect though, it is New York! Just a few things, but all in all, it was a pleasant stay.

The bar does have nice evening specials to cater to the customer. So there are ways of saving a buck here and there.

Great reunion weekend.

Enjoyed my stay but unfortunately afer paying the attendant for parking I lost my car key between the attendant box and the ... front door to the hotel. I was hoping someone would have turned the key in but the staff was very helpful in trying to locate my car key. I rented from Budget and they were great in replacing the car with another and towing my original car back to Budget. I keep hoping that someone may turn in the car key which belongs to Budget around the corner from the hotel. I am looking forward to my next trip to NY in December and staying at the Mariott Courtyard.

We were unfamiliar with public transportation and either an explanation of how it works, how to read maps and routes, would ... have been useful to reduce frustration and wasted time traveling around town.

It is great if you're there for business, you can relax and then if you need to go somewhere there are plenty of ways to get ... there. The shuttle service to the airport was great. The only thing is there isn't much around to eat so I ate mostly at the hotel which was great food. Overall the trip was worry free.
