Nice hotel for the price and it is twenty minutes from Zion. Quiet town and everything close by nine. No alcohol or liquor ... after twelve.

Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks are right next door. I didn't originally want to stay so far away in Hurricane, but it only took 20-25 minutes to get into the park. Please note, though that the trip will take a bit longer in the park's on season.

Its a decent enough hotel for the price. The carpets were filthy though. Needed to be shampooed. We had to wash our feet ... every time we were barefoot in the room. We only found 1 dead cockroach. The pool is tiny and we never used it. But The bed was decent. Shower was okay, not very clean but okay. Great location to Zions. We spent most of our time there. The air conditioner worked nicely since it was hot at night. The TV did have a lot of channels. The free breakfast was a joke. Cold cereal and toast. Next time I go down, I will probably stay at a different hotel. They are all about the same price.

This hotel was definetly not what I expected. Since it was so close to the main drag it was slightly noisy. This was the ... worst continental breakfast I've experienced. All they had was bread, english muffins, and cereal. No fruit, No bagels, Not much! The hotub wasnt even as hot as my showers:( Showers werent that hot either and pressure was bad. Our tub was sloped in the wrong direction so there was always standing water in there, Yuck! Glad we only spent 2 days there. There was a great mexican restaurant in the town. And the drive to the park 25min was nice. Would not stay there again. Very over priced for that hotel.

You get what you pay for

This was a great launch pad to Zions NP. My wife freaked out when a "giant cockroach" joined her on a midnight bathroom ... break. I didn't think it was that big. The air-conditioner worked and that was good but it was so noisy it was kinda hard to sleep or hear the TV. On the plus side, I spent half as much as I would have for a 3-4 star place in St.George and it shaves 20-25 minutes off the drive. Hurricane was a nice little town with places to eat and grocery shopping just down the street. I will definitely stay in Hurricane next trip to Zions but I'll try one of the other places in town because they looked quite a bit newer as we drove by. I think they were all similarly priced. In summary, it wasn't bad by any means...except for the bug.

Good location - we used hotel as our home base each day to go to Zion National park and Bryce National Park. Had a couple of ... problems with room -bathroom sink drain was really slow and when you turned water on it sprayed all over. Refrigerator was not real cold. Told housekeeping about problems but were not fixed.

The staff was very helpful. The room wasn't four-star quality, but it was nicer than I expected for the low price I paid. It ... also wasn't spotless, but it was clean enough that I didn't mind. It was a nice addition to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bed was comfortable. I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were locked up, since we had been doing some hard hiking in Zion National Park nearby and I really could have used a soak. We had trouble with the wireless internet on the last night of our stay, but the hotel manager noticed it right away and by the time we were going to the desk to complain, he was coming out to go reset the server. Everything worked fine after that. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good low-end stay.
