convenient and comfortable place

As I said, the hotel is very convenient to family that we wanted to visit on an emergency notice. The negative side is the ... noise from traffic since the hotel is located just outside the highways. Our room was always neat and spotless. All the personnel that we met were very friendly and helpful. The free internet at the lobby was a great plus.

I arrived late and asked for a room near my family who had arrived two days earlier. The staff was very accommodating and I ... was assigned a very nice room on the same floor and as close just down the hall from my family. The room was very spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the courtyard and fountain below. Though I stayed for only one night, I would certainly stay there again.

Knott's is a long walk from the hotel but doable, however, the hotel offers a shuttle service. Lots of resturants nearby and a Starbucks down the street. A great location for a vacation!

Don't make the mistake we did! Eat breakfast at the hotel or at the IHOP across the street from the park because there are no restaurants in Knott's Berry Farm that serve breakfast. We assumed there would be (like Disneyland)and ended up having hot dogs and french fries at 10 a.m. For $23.

We stayed while attending the Knott's Berry Farm Halloween Haunt and couldn't have been more pleased with this beautiful ... hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The decor was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. We were right next to the ice machine/vending area and we didn't hear a sound during our stay so the soundproofing is excellant.

We stayed here for our trip to Knott's Berry Farm. We were a little disappointed that it was a trek from the hotel to the ... park, but there is a free shuttle available at the bell captain's desk. Service was friendly, rooms were clean, and I loved the bed! I didn't even feel the need to kick off the comforter (which is usually disgusting at most hotels). I would stay here again--but next time I will bring earplugs. I was woken up at 6 in the morning both days by screaming/laughing/running children in the hallway and in the pool.

The holiday inn in buena park, california is a good place to relax for the weekend. The rooms are clean and the pool is ... nice. The restaurant is very good too. It is close to a few different restaurants that are good.

The Holiday Inn Buena Park was a very nice and clean hotel. The room was kept up with but the front desk staff was mediocre. ... Overall I had a very pleasant stay here and would stay again.
