We found the room we had to be extremely noisy with an incessant hum from somewhere. We would not stay there again.Staff not ... at all friendly in fact I dont think they made eye contact.

We stayed overnite. Our room was ready early, it was also newly renovated. Clean, well maintained hotel. Very friendly/ ... helpful staff. Can't say enough about the FREE HOT Breakfast Buffet!! Rooms priced much less than the Holiday Inn Express a few miles down the road, so a better value.

Needs Major Overhaul

This is a large noisy hotel that is in desperate need of an overhaul. The carpet was badly stained, the blackout curtains ... would not close, the elevator was full of pieces of sheetrock that did not clean up, the treadmill stopped rapidly while I was using it, almost causing me to fall. If Best Western wants to maintain it's reputation for a reasonably clean, dependable chain, they need to get on this property's owners rear end and tell them to spend a few million dollars renovating.

was not a warm greating, actually worst that Ive ever experienced. wasn't give directions to room, parking, etc. Getteing ... info from front desk was like pulling teeth. Overall disatified and will not return to hotel.
