Went on a trip with friends. Rooms were dark at night; easy to sleep. Workout room was fine, pool was nice. Location was ... good. Did have some construction there while we were staying.

This is a great hotel close to Lenox Square mall in the Buckhead area. The rooms were large, very clean, and the hotel was ... quiet. We heard no doors slamming, nobody running up and down halls, no loud voices. Service was good. We will stay here from now on when we come to Atlanta to shop!

More than I expected for the price

The hotel was great very comfortable rooms and great service with a choice of a hot or cold breakfast. That was a treat. I ... like having a suite-since I was traveleling with my son it gave us some privacy and breathing room. WE were right near the mall and a shuttle was provided.

they were doing some construction...BUT hotel staff put me in a room very high in a corner. also never took marta before. ... hotel is 4 minutes from station and took a $2.50 ride back to airport instead of $35 cab. Ruth Chris steakhouse in hotel too1

Hanging wires and scattered ladders.....yada, yada, yada...rusty exterior.....greasy tub & shower with greasy hand prints on ... the wall....hair on the bathroom floor....dust webs in lobby with "dust coated trees". Unable to get extra pillows for 3 nights, needed for back injury, (told, "out of pillows" ???) Request to borrow a robe, took 2 hrs to get...they took back the next morn, never to return (stayed 5 days/4 nts.) Breakfast staff friendly...desk staff-NOT. TV remote designed for ordering additional viewing (BE CAREFUL $$$$)

Must dine at Gordon Biersch in Buckhead. Great food and fair price, (skip the dessert). Martini's are $5.00 all day long at the Aquanox (upstairs - across the road from the Embassy) (Stay at the Westin or Hyatt)

The Embassy Suites in Buckhead is absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is friendly, the FREE ... breakfast was delicious and the complimentary drinks came in handy right before a nice steak dinner at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, which by the way is right in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!

The Embassy room was great as usual - no complaints about the setup and amenities. However, the check-in lasted 20 minutes ... for no apparent reason and the food service people for breakfast were rude when I showed up 8 minutes before closing the stations...no courtesy whatsoever. Pools were closed because they could not balance the PH levels.

I attend my daughter wedding which i must say the food was great and the location was unbeatable, i love the water fall and ... the fish pond the staffs was very very friendly i would recommend this place for business or wedding etc. i travel a lot to morocco, spain, austria etc, i just return from spain which was my worst hotel stay in madrid, so this was a delight to stay here.

Hotel staff did not tell us about the indoor & outdoor pools or the fitness facility.We discovered these amenities 3 days ... into our stay. However, they remember that you owe $18 or $21 to park daily. Rude curbside valet people.Take a walk around the community. Beautifil old neighborhoods, homes are from 1900's.

Only two or three floors of this hotel have been refreshed. We had a room on the 6th floor and it had NOT been renovated. ... They are not being completely honest about their renovation!

Atrium too Beautiful for Guest Rooms!

The 4th floor needed to be renovated BADLY (guess which floor they put us!) Other floors were renovated. I started feeling ... ill the first night, then it cleared up during the day. In the middle of the second night I felt ill ALL night long. At 6:00 am I found out why - in the little attachment hallway there was BLACK MOLD above the air conditioner unit all over the ceiling!! We could not see it if the bathroom door was closed! This room was located above the outdoor dumpster, had very poor drainage in the sink/tub and then add the mold!!! This room wasn't fit for habitation (and the manager put it out-of-order when we checked out). On a positive note -- the staff & manager were very nice and I have been promised a full refund. I would go back once renovations are complete because of the professional way they handled the delemma.

Great hotel; beautiful room with office and nice bathroom. Chef prepared breakfast included; complimentary cocktails at 5:00. ... Only negative was the parking garage; 18 dollars a day to park in a stinking (smelled like vomit)lot in the basement.

This hotel was underconstruction. Price was way to high just to spend the night. Breakfast was okay but line was long ... and there were limited seating. Servers were slow. No bars or decent restaurants close, there is however a Ruth's Chris in the hotel but it closes at 10pm durning the week.

My husband was in Atlanta for business. The Embassy Suites had a complementary shuttle which took me to the great shopping ... in the area. They drop you off where you would like to go and then just call the hotel and they will pick you up wherever you are. This is within a 1 mile radius where there is lots of shopping. Also there was a Ruth's Chris restaurant in the hotel very handy for lunch when we arrived and then great for take out for me in the evening after shopping. Also the hotel is about 10 minutes from the High Museum my other stop on this trip. I would recommnend this hotel.

One mall is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and the other by Neiman Marcus. Also there is Filene's Basement shopping in the area along with the high end stores in the two major malls.

Purchase a MARTA visitor's pass for unlimited rides. This can be purchased at the airport near the baggage area. OR Ride the MARTA into Atlanta, it is very easy to do and only $1.75.
