The hotel was the closest to the arena for my son's hockey tournament. The staff were very helpful. Blackies is a great ... restaurant and the prices are quite low.

This hotel had a perfect location to the country clubs we had to go to. The shopping and eating options were fantastic. Loved ... the fitness area and the business center where we could check emails, etc. The rooms were small put comfortable and the beds were great. The only issue we had was not being able to lower the temp in our room.

Great location, room was not ready until exactly 3:00pm for check in. Great mall and food options right across the street. ... Rooms were very clean. Big minus was the lack of towels they provided.

Very friendly staff, helpful with any questions or directions. Nice lobby bar/restaurant for the traveler/tourist after a ... long day OR plenty of great dining places within walking distance (Maggiano's or McCormick & Schmick's, Cheesecake Factory) at the mall right across the street! Have traveled to Chicago many times.... staying downtown,miracle mile, & wrigleyville. This location suited me just fine!! Easy directions to Red Line station with plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again.

The room next to the elevator. Also, there were a couple of maintenance problems with the room only one of which got fixed ... during our week long stay. Not good!

Common areas very attractive. Room was small but well appointed and clean. A couple minor slipups with housekeeping - no ... shampoo left two days and no cups for the coffee maker one day. Wireless internet was down temporarily, but was back up before too long.

Close to Old Orchard mall and other shopping and also Skokie performing arts center. Convenient for visiting Northwestern University in Evanston
