A good place to stop & sleep

Rodeway Inn of Berkeley was exactly what we needed for a place to sleep and get up & go the next day. The room was clean, ... comfortable and quiet. We got in late and were disappointed with the fact that there were no parking spaces remaining for us on both nights. Not alot of dining choices. The grocery store across the street is very convenient and for a cheap, fast bite to eat, Nations is close by.

Grocery store makes a great fresh sandwich for a picnic lunch or concert at the Greek Theater.

Fit our needs

We needed a place to stay in Berkeley so we could attend two graduation events for our daughter. Great location and easy ... parking (a major plus for Berkeley) and we were allowed to keep our car in the lot for a few hours following checkout. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The refrigerator and microwave oven were nice features.

Close to the UC Berkeley campus, shopping and restaurants. Also convenient for public transportation.
