I awoke to a bill slipped under my door, spoke w/mgt they took half off.They spoke badly that I booked w/orbits ,we then had ... breakfast and I signed to put it on my room they missed the 80.00 charge and I alerted it to mgt. a month later I saw on my credit card statement they charged my credit card as well as orbits for the entire bill, a month after that your rapid rewards people charged me for booking somehow w/them I feel let down when it could have been a good stay if the hotel honored your business and my honesty.SAD

You have to let me know of extra costs

I knew the hotel and it was as I have expected. However, when I have booked the hotel from your site you did not tell me that ... there was a MANDATORY resort fee. I refused to pay it. Luckly they have waived the fee and the discussion ended. they have told me that they have informed your company about the extra mendatory fee. Therefore 1 accuse you of not warning me about this fact. I hate extra mandatory fees.

The only reason I stayed in this hotel was to attend a conference. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, but the room is ... relatively small and old. It's just not worth the money!

The overall experience was ok. The first room that we had was very large, but the view was of the garbage bin at the back of ... the hotel and we were awaken by garbage trucks early the next morning. The next room was smaller, it still did not have a nice view. I was disappointed because I specifically requested a room with a view and paid extra for it.
