great value for the money

Good location close to shopping, eating, and central to the family we were visiting. The staff was friendly and the room was ... fine, if a little small. It's not the nicest place we've stayed but it was a good value for the money. We got two double beds (traveling with children) and they were doubles - not queen size like most places. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean. The room had the regular aminities (coffee pot, iron, blow dryer) and also had a microwave and mini-fridge, so that was good. The carpet was stained and the shower drained slow which makes it hard to do a great clean-up job, but it was okay. There was an odor - I couldn't tell for sure if it was stale tobacco (non-smoking room) or mildew, although I didn't see any. Nothing a quick trip to Wal-Mart for a glade plug-in couldn't cure. The free breakfast was good - juice, coffee, milk, cereal, donuts, muffins, waffles, & fruit. The only other place we could've stayed for the same price would've been a dump. So all in all, we were pleased and we'll probably stay there again.

El Chico is a great Mexican restaurant. Great food great service. It's maybe a mile from the hotel as well. I highly reccommend it.

IT WAS A FAMILY TRIP TO BRANSON, MO. THE STAY WAS GREAT BUT WE ONLY SLEPT TO BE ABLE TO MAKE OUR DESTINATION. THE STAFF WAS ... VERY HELPFUL AND BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.

It was terrible. It smelled like smoke and I don't know what. There where holes all in the walls. The blankets had hair ... and toothpaste on it. I had to ask for another. It looked like it was from the 60's it was so old and falling apart. There was old vomit in the tub not cleaned out. Hair all over the bathroom floor. It was just terrible! I will not ever be staying there again!!!

The rooms were great, the staff was exceptional, very friendly place to stay...made you feel right at home..breakfast was ... very good and fresh. All together it was a wonderful stay...we had 4 rooms everyone was very happy with their stay.

When we arrived at the hotel they told me I wasn't promised what I ordered on orbits bc I did it online and not through the ... hotel directly but the room was there fornis after the staff searched their system for our room. The staff was friendly tho and the room was comfortable and clean.

The Baymont Inn and Suites Fort Smith, Fort Smith, Arkansas was in an excellent location, right off 540-S, and near several ... major places to eat and shop along Rogers Ave. The room was adequate, although there were not enough available suites which was my preference. I least liked the bathroom which was very small. The staff was friendly and inviting. While it would never be my first preference, in a pinch I would not hesitate to stay there again.
