I went to OKC to see a Dr. for an unoperable condition I have so I have NO choice but to return but it will not be staying at ... this hotel.

In the first room we received we found a black widow spider in the kid's bed and apparently there were some other bugs ... because my daughter got bites all over her and I got a few bites. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and was not clean at all. I went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. The second room was very clean and nice to stay in. When we went to check out they gave us two nights free to make up for the first room. I didn't like that the ice machine was upstairs. Also, I didnt like that there were not any plug in's. They were all being used by the lamps and clocks and in places that you could not reach. I would recommend this hotel to someone that just has a short stay and does not want anything extravagant.

Cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets, sticky bathroom floor, old rooms, smelled like cigarette smoke. Would NOT stay ... in another Baymont Inn again.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and everything in order. The only complaint I have is the ... room smelled of smoke and the bathroom was not very clean. The same hairs that were there when we got there was there when we left. I know the floors were not cleaned very good and the bathtub was just wiped out cause hairs were still in it too.

Travelling with parents, husband and 5 month old. We called ahead and said we would be checking in late (2-3 AM.) We ... checked in around 3AM. The guy behind the counter was very flippant about everything. I asked about the checkout procedures. He said, you can do what you want. I asked, well, do we checkout up here (meaning the front desk,)leave the key in the room, door closed, open, what? He said do what you want, leave the door open for all I care. My dad and I looked at each other like "what is wrong with this guy?" We joked well, we don't want anyone to take anything so we just wanted to check. He said I don't care if anyone takes anything, take whatever you want, take the whole room. We just looked at each other again like "what???" We figured that this must be his last day, or if not, after the way he talked to us, it might be anyways. Also, rooms and bathrooms not very clean; parent's room had weird bug in bed.

The hotel was ok for a night. We arrived around 2am. There were several police cars near our room dealing with a dv ... situation. There were several ppl 18-22 drinking and being loud very late. Great breakfast lay out but go early, not a lot of seating. ****room was ready for us**** Lights were on and ac going upon arrival!!!!

Located right on I-35, it was very easy access to everywhere in OKC. The cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved upon ... but the towels were changed each day and the AC worked, which is very important on those 107 degree days. It has been a long time since I last stayed in a motel. An ice maker that works would have been nice but not a deal breaker.

The staff was pretty friendly, although we ordered a non-smoking room and had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms all ... smelled like smoke. Plus we asked for a wake up call which we never received. The breakfast was really nice though.

looking for a cheaper price, found it but it needed to be a clean room, I had to clean the tub out before my sons took a ... bath. Very small bathroom. Very quiet place, lot of visitors staying, all pleasent, staff quiet, none asked it we needed anything or seems concerned about our stay.

This hotel was a stopping point for me and my husband on our move across the country. When we booked the hotel we weren't ... expecting to much since we paid so little. However when we pulled up at the hotel and went in I was immediately impressed on how nice the lobby was...my husband first noticed the waffle maker set up for breakfast the next morning. After checking in we went to our rooms with our two dogs and we were immediately immpressed on how spacious our room was and how clean and comfortable it was as well. We got a much needed nights sleep and awoke to a tremendous breakfast layout...I would recomend this hotel to anyone passing through Oklahoma city...great value...great rooms...great breakfast...and very easy to get to.

When we first arrived, we were very satisfied with the room, and the price at which we recieved such a nice room. Well of ... course, theres always a catch. The room staying behind us starting blasting music around 9pm, and the bass was so loud it shook our room, and we could barely hear over teh tv without a loud thumping noise. My wife being pregnant was in no mood for this. We actually contacted the front desk 3-4 times and she was very rude. They would turn the music off for or down for 15 minutes than it would be back on. So when we called she thought we were just being whiners. Finally when 1:30 am rolled around and the music was increasingly more pounding, I called and asked to speak with manager. The worker said he wasnt there and very rudely said that she couldnt hear the music unless they opened the door, not seeming to understand, we shared the same walls. BIG DIFFERENCE! If i could i would have gotten her fired immedietly. The pool was always packed with so we never even got to enjoy it, and the place was very busy and loud.

It's OK. but there seemed to be an unusual number of shady characters hanging out around the hotel. no one bothered us but ... they were very suspicious people always hanging around close to the room.
