We traveled to Phoenix for a meeting which was held at a nearby pricey resort. I chose the Best Western because of it's ... convenient location. It turned out to be a really great value. There was an amazing breakfast, staff was great, it was very clean. I recommended this hotel to my colleagues and to anyone who needs to stay in the AZ Mills Mall area of Tempe.

Beautiful room location to wake up with the morning sun on an easterly facing room (#338). Options for room cleaning to help ... save the hotel money. Helpful staff who provided a missing Gidean's Bible, a copy of the complimentary brochure for nearby amenities and the use of the computer in the lobby.

I have stayed at this location before and everything was great, but this time it seems to have gone downhill a tad. I had ... small like sugar ants appear on the bathroom sink daily and the air contioner did not work well at all. The staff is the best, very friendly and service is great. It could be that I may have just received a work that was not well serviced or used frquently. I will stay there again as the location is great and convient for my needs but will request a different room.

I stayed here while I attended two ASU Super-Regional NCAA College Baseball Games (they played Clemson - my team). It's not ... too far from the ASU Campus ... it's convenient to many resturants and the hotel has a brochure about their recommendations, including nearby things to do.

My son and I were just there for the weekend for my daughter-in-laws baby shower and no matter what time of the day I walked ... into the hotel the staff were friendly. We also invited some family that lived in AZ to join us at hotel pool - it was great. Hotel was nicely located, area was quiet and always felt safe.

The location was bad because we were at a convention at the Covention Center and the motel was 10 miles away. The property ... was very accommodating though in providing a shuttle most of the time. The staff went above and beyond in making our stay as comfortable as it could be.

the room seemed much larger than most with a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was ... separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes and they provided two suitcase stands. The location was very good

The hotel and room was fine, as was the breakfast. The only negative I had is that the neigborhood gets pretty iffy within a ... block south of the hotel. Would not want to walk there at night.

Best Western Tempe was a great experience. The rooms were clean. Breakfast every morning was delicious and with a wide ... variety of choices. I had an experience where the pay-per-movie system wasn't working. The cable connecting the system was missing. I called the front desk and maitainance was up and the unit was fixed within minutes. I was very satisfied with the service I recieved there.

The Best Western Tempe by the Mall was comfortable enough...The pluses...a great breakfast buffet to start your day, close to ... major interstates, shopping (as the name implies) and some very good restaurants...You have to try Claim Jumpers. The room lacked sufficient outlets for electronic equipment (1 spare outlet opening at the desk) I left a note for housekeeping (& a tip) to leave more towels, which they were not leaving enough of, therefore they left fewer towels, and did not complete our room that day....but they took the tip...But the front desk rectified the problem right away...Overall the 3 night stay was comfortable, quiet & a good value...the staff was friendly and knowledgeable of local attractions & gave good directions. This hotel did have a small pool and a computer in the main lobby (not private)neither of which I used during my stay.

Very helpful staff. Very clean facilities. Excellent breakfast: real omelettes and fresh waffles, and a variety of fresh ... fruit. Convenient to several freeways - I-17 snf 60 in particular. The Mall nearby is excellent.
